Penguins 23-24

A shutout 3-0 stopped all 38 shots. Impressive against a good team.

Zero is my favorite number for the opposing teams goals.
 
Nedeljkovic looked like he did at the beginning of the season before he got hurt.

Honestly he has looked better than Jarry has at times.

Nice to see them win a game without having to rely on the top lines scoring.

Need more of that.
 
Great to hear the ol 29er on the TV feed. Good to see Ludvig back on the ice and he absolutely planted one of the Rags against the boards.

Come on Pens, time to get one past Quick

With Rakkel and Rusty out, the PP was going to have to be amazing. It wasn't. The rest of the game was very well played. They had one goal on 36 SOG. Any goalie would love those numbers.

Agreed. Pens didn’t play bad at all. As a fan this was a hockey fans dream. Great strategic game by both teams. This loss is nothing to hang your head in shame.
 
I bet if Rust played, the Pens would have won that game.

Defiantly missed but Sid and Jake some others had some grade a chances. Jarry has a solid game and they cant find the back of the net.

I don't watch other teams a lot but why does it seem like the Pens are always piss poor at shot placement? I think ol 29er was even getting frustrated with the chances they had and no goals.

It either misses totally, hits the crossbar or makes it easy for the goalie to make a save. Dead center or right in the glove.

They always make the other goalies look like Vezina finalist.

Watched for the first time this year....only because my middle daughter came over to spend the night to help momma prep for the big feast.
She is a huge Pens fan and knows the team (better than the old man) and game very well...

Any hoot....if they continue to play like that...I think they make the playoffs and possible win a round or two.

Jarry was fantastic, they were physical, and we should of put at least 2 on the board....I'm looking at you 87!

**** I shouldn't have said anything. We give up 3 goals in the third and now down 3-2...unbelievable.

Everytime I watch a game this **** happens.

Ok, so maybe I broke my curse of watching games this year and they lose. 3-2 win over the Leafs. I was nervous as hell late in that third period..haha

The 3rd period was straight prevent. Sucked. We had one time where we were working the offensive zone. Lame.

Style points DJ? I think I would rather set back and not let that Leafs team get behind me.
