Yahoo sports is stupid

The entirety of the article about the Steelers draft today was about us NOT picking Sanders.

How about giving some stats on Harmon there yahoo? Maybe even his picture, not Sanders' Pic?

Really stupid.

Lousy article link here

“Why didn’t the Steelers take the QB nobody else wanted in the first round again” is a helluva take.

Did anyone notice/see Ryan Clark's reaction to not selecting a QB in round 1? He cannot believe that the organization may roll with Mason.

It was the same on ESPN.com I believe, a headline was The Steelers pass on Sanders.

The media guys and "draft experts" that had the Steelers taking a QB at 21 are the ones losing their minds and giving the pick a lower grade. They all acknowledge the pick was a good pick and fit for the Steelers, but can't get passed them not taking Sanders since that's who they had mocked them to take (at least a QB).

They do this because it generates more clicks for them, that's it.

I think all of the Rodgers haters are going to have to learn to live with him as the QB this year and probably next. For better or worse, I bet he signs at some point just before training camp this summer. I think everyone that matters already knows this is a done deal.

One of the writers on ESPN said New Orleans, Steelers and New York Giants were all first round draft losers because they didn't pick Sanders.

Edited: Got no idea why I initially said Denver instead of Giants.

Trying to stay in the good graces of Deion.

Those guys have to make it appear as if they are right. You and I both know the STEELERS did good by taking Derrick.

Salute the nation

These media guys and draft experts should have come to Steeler Nation first to see what’s what. We’ve been calling for The Trenches offensive and defensive for years. And years. Personally I’ve been screaming for a center since Pouncey started sailing the pigskin everywhere but to Big Ben. I finally regained my voice last draft.
I’ve said in jest that Omar must read the Forum pages. Because since he’s taken over things are slowly changing to our beliefs
Yes we need a QB of the future. It’s Imperative. But so far this forum hasn’t reached a general consensus on who. (Well one person has🙂). When it does Omar will act.

For 40 mil per year??? Yeah, that'll go over real well.

We're in QB hell.

Me! Me! I know that answer, teacher! Pick me! Pick me!!!

It will be interesting tonight if Cleveland passes on him with their first two picks in the second but I’m guessing he’s heading to the Browns

" I get your drift, and see the point you're trying to make...but none of this is true. Mike Tomlin did none of this himself. The Steelers brass, collectively, made these decisions, Rooney, Khan, Weidl, Tomlin on down. They all get credit when things go well, they all take the blame when they don't.

Not sure why or how a head coach gets singled out like this, regarding personnel decisions. It's wildly off mark. Not even writing this to protect Tomlin from criticism, just for the sake of sanity. "

From steeler site not to be named ,, by one of our own.

Let him go to the Brownies. With their track record Deon will have a meltdown 3-4 games into the season.

Cooch/Lloyd highly disagrees with this post...

Truth. But Pittsburgh is in QB purgatory compared to Cleveland's QB hell - Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett? They passed on every QB available to set up a selection next year. They're brilliant for doing so but the Steelers are idiots for doing the same.
