No one is asking you to know #2 WR prospects better than a GM. Hell, we know you probably have a hard time distinguishing the subtle yet unique differences between a fork, spoon and spork.

Davis may be injured since he’s had visits with three other teams. He left without a contract today as well. But that could due to A A-Ron signing. Amari isn’t healthy and I think is waiting until after a training camp injury to latch on with.

There were convos on Sirius XM today about McLaurin is very upset in WAS because of his contract status. He would be an interesting find from Omar.

Mclaurin is the guy they should go after. guy is a legit top 10 WR and easily the best guy "semi available"
He would level up the offense.
 
I believe the skins are looking for top compensation for McLaurin even though he is on the backside of his career. I think I read somewhere they are looking for a 2nd for him. I wouldn't give any WR right now any more than a 5th. It's not going to make much difference even with Rodgers. Pick up a FA or someone who is a casualty later before the season.

Metcalf and McLaurin with A-Aron throwing the pigskin would just be absolutely a killer combination, absolute pipe dream though. I'm hoping they can grab a very solid second receiver. This offense has the potential to be a top 10 offense this season.
 
agree we can't trade anything higher than a 5th for a WR currently. All those pics will be too valuable next draft when the QB search restarts again.

Ideally Will Howard develops under ARod and Rudolph and lets us invest in other positions next draft but truth is that being 3rd on the depth chart it will be really difficult for the team to evaluate his potential and make such a difficult franchise altering choice.

I guess if the chance to draft a potential franchise QB is there you Have To roll the dice and get him and then see how the chips fall between him and Howard, never a bad thing to have an extra QB on a rookie contract to trade for a mid round pick later on.

McLaurin is the type of player you want on your roster between his character and production. However, at 29 years old and wanting a big contract, it'd be a questionable unless the price was right--which it won't be.
