"Aaron Rodgers says any disrespect of Steelers coach Mike Tomlin is 'complete and utter bull----"

Tomlin's playoff results are much worse than Rodgers. Tomlin's record is 8-11, including losing 6 straight and with double-digit losses in his last 4. Rodgers is 11-10 and 4-4 since 2016, with three losses coming in overtime and another three by 5 points or less. He had a passer rating of 91 or higher in 19 of those 21 playoff games. He's got 45 touchdowns and 13 interceptions in his postseason career with a 100.1 rating.

There's no comparison, in my opinion.
Its most likely more me not being a Rodgers fan. He puts up nice numbers but would have expected better playoff success with the packers.
I just don’t like who he is as a person and I know that doesn’t have anything to do with his performance on the field.
The entire estrangement with his family just turned me off with him and I tuned him out long ago.
Wish we had never signed him. I would have instead preferred to go with Mason possibly having a losing season and obtain a high draft pick to draft our young, talented QB.

Well, for the first time in 4 years we have a QB who can throw the ball downfield with a modicum of accuracy.
The first test will come when the other team has the ball 2nd or 3rd and long on their own 35 yard line with 1:20 left in the first half and Shades doesn't call a timeout for his vaunted defense and HOF QB to get a chance to get points before the half because he wants to "shorten the game."

I'm still pretty certain Shades will let her tick..

I was never an Aaron Rodgers fan myself, either. But it appears he's been liked by most if not all of his teammates wherever he's been. He's obviously a first ballot HOF'er. He's a Steeler now, and it seems like he might have some gas still left in the tank. So I'll be rooting for him.

It's going to be an interesting/entertaining season with Rodgers, and maybe the Steelers feel that they already have that young and talented QB on the roster in Will Howard.

He makes for some great press conference quotes. When the standard stops being mediocrity, get back to me on coach cliche. I mean, Rodgers has been there a month, he hasn't experienced the game day experience yet. Keep that in mind.

Tomlin is a great orator, that’s why the media likes him (esp. cuz, you know), and why players initially gravitate to him. For such an awesomesauce dude, tho, sure have had an awful lot of hostage situations in the last ten years with players wanting out.

My take on Harrison, Ingram, and maybe others was that Tomlin's salesmanship and "coach you'd most like to play for" oversold itself in the recruiting process and the players checked out when the reality didn't match Tomlin's sweet talking.

Too much of a trend for there to be nothing there.

Harrison was pretty blunt and unvarnished in his assessment of the difference between Pittsbugh and NE as well.
