Been taking a Centrum every day for over 40 years until recently. When I found that they were being made in China I switched to made in USA Horbaach vitamins and supplements from Amazon. Says 313% of daily requirement of Vitamin D.
I look, feel, and act a hell of lot younger than my parents and grandparents did at 64. I can incline bench press 275 lb, OTOH I've had high blood pressure for 20 years and The Beetus for 9 years.
My mother's father was born in 1899 and when he was 64 he was OLD. Worked in a steel mill all his life, smoked, drank, had The Beetus, retired in his early 60's when he had one leg amputated below the knee due to poor circulation. Walked with a cane always. My grandmother was also born in 1899, had The Beetus, and died from her second stroke at 68.
My mother is 89 and takes less pills than I do, lives on fast food and Diet Coke, never exercised, never drinks water, all the heart disease, strokes, and Beetus are on her side of the family yet she gets none of it and has survived cancer twice.
My grandfather was carrying shingles up a ladder to re-do the Barn roof in his 70's. You couldn't slow him down if you tried. He lived to be 86 and just a few days before his death, he called my Dad and I down to help him get his tractor unstuck from the snowy hill beside the barn. He was choring and living a simple life, healthy as could be. Don't let the old man in as they say, Zona. build that addition and hang from the rafters my friend.
