Yet another problem that cannot be fixed

Coach Tomlin is not known for throwing his players or coaches under the bus so what was said should be no surprise. Its like you guys have never heard a press conference of his in 18 years. It should be God given sense that he also realizes they are stuck with what they have. He cant give up on these players like you guys can. No sense in creating more fodder for talking heads like yourself when these guys see and hear enough outside chatter that trashes them as it is. At the end of the day he has to care more for the mental and psyche of his players more so then any media or fan base opinion of him or his players.

If you have a child thats been getting Fs in the classroom and that child brings home a D are you going to feed into demeaning him and create more discouragement or acknowledge that that child is indeed doing better?? Any progress at all you have to build on that even if its a little bit.

After putting us fans through the ringer and not improving whatsoever since January 8 2012,with his same old BS,it would be nice if we could get something for this media darling ,general consensus first round ballot HOF inductee. I mean his resume speaks for itself. Teams will be running up with offers.​

..............but he is kinda responsible for those players being on the team. Aaaaaaand in the usual of sports business the coach is held accountable for that.

He should be held accountable, but he shouldn't be any more accountable then the GM.

Even though your interior three should be able to move bodies they do not seem to. So don't waste downs. You have one of the most accurate throwers ever. Bring in multiple receivers/ TE. Spread them out and if you like the run numbers smash it up the gut. Otherwise slant, rubs etc. But for god sake quit wasting downs on runs and pass pro where they dont care about your run.

Pisses me off when we get in the Red Zone cause Arthur Smith has played it WAYYYYY too safe since he has been here. But you gotta keep Warren on the field to keep em honest. He is a safety valve for a shovel pass & can block if needed to give AROD more time

The gm is not a football guy. The Gm has good business acumen but can't really judge football flesh. That's Tomlin. Khan was hired to work with Tomlin. It's Tomlin's show from every angle.

Kenny is 5'9 200 better use him in short and goal to go over the 6'1 225lb rookie with single digit bodyfat. Or Warren who has double the power and burst of Kenny

Spot on. Why not come up with some gadgetry like the Eagles did with the tush push? How about using Mt Worshington in the back field to hit the A or B gaps with a full head of steam. He runs pissed off. Misdirection, counter plays, hell...why not run the Y banana?
