College Football Week 7

He can’t get out of his own way trying to will the Buckeyes into being a physical, power running team. Slammed into the middle of the line with delayed handoffs all game while playing the 113th ranked pass D in Illinois.

Did the same thing at Washington.

If he does this again in Ann Arbor, he’ll lose his fifth straight to That Team Up North.

At lot of football left to be played, so looking at only the guys the Steelers have scouted:

Arch Manning x3 - FALLING - Up until this week he's been pretty bad.
Ty Simpson x2 - RISING - He continues to make Sunday throws and has played himself into one of the top QBs.
Garrett Nussmeier x2 - FALLING - I haven't seen many special traits, maybe late-first-rounder at best.
Sam Leavitt x2 - STAYING - I don't think he's played himself into first-round contention, but hasn't fallen either.
LaNorris Sellers x1 - STAYING - same as above.
Carson Beck x2 - RISING - He should be back in first-round conversation.
John Mateer x3 - STAYING - Same as the others above. He's another "need to see more" to be a top pick.
Drew Allar x4 - FALLING - Late day 2 at best.
Nico Iamaleava x2 - ??? - The first part of the season was a disaster and he's improved since.
Cade Klubnik x3 - FALLING - I say that loosely because I've consistently felt he's a Day 3 QB.
Fernando Mendoza x1 - RISING - He's quite possibly played himself to QB1 in the draft.
Dante Moore x1 - RISING - He wasn't mentioned much, if at all, and is now in conversation of being one of the top QBs drafted.

My game was so influenced by officiating, it’s really hard to enjoy the win.

The 4th down pass to cement the victory was Simpson’s best pass of the season. And a great call.
Did you know it’s the first time in 5 years they’ve won 3 games in a row against ranked teams. Tennessee,LSU and Oklahoma all ranked teams coming up. They’ve had a very tough schedule. I have no idea why you want him fired every week,many will say he’s done a good job so far. The one loss was to a ranked team as well.

and as usual, you leave off Haines king. Undefeated 12th ranked.

Dont have an exceptional schedule except for last game against currently #9 Georgia.
But yeah i guess youre only looking at the guys "the Steelers have scouted" IDK how you know all that. But ill take you at your word.

I said in my post, Steelers Now website has the games listed. Also, they did scout one Georgia Tech game, but since Haines isn't a top-100 prospect I missed him.

he wins.. Hes a gamer. He has an it factor but maybe only for college ball,, like Tebow. IDK.. But dang he is fun to watch.
