Brother, that sounds amazing!

Thanks to you both. Do you sear it or reverse sear it? I want a bit of smoke from the charcoal, so I was thinking of cooking it indirect heat for 5 minutes at about 400F and then searing on both sides. thoughts? <-- nevermind, just looked it up, sear it and let it rest a bit to serve medium rare. Phew, I'd have turned those ******** into saw dust.

I've screwed them up before over cooking them. Which anything past a couple minutes will get you sawdust.

Med rare/rare or raw is the way to go.

I love home made soups, had the turkey bones from thanksgiving making a broth on low for almost 2 days, and the soup is always better the next day. Absolutely delicious and easy to do,always make huge pt full.

But never mind My Soup…..the pork butt looks fantastic!

Coolie has a special sauce for pork butt.

Frozen pizza. DiGiorno Wood Oven. First we've tried it. Pretty good.

We make a lot of homemade soups here. In that turkey bone soup, add some wild rice and let it cook for a long time. So good.

Just owned the kitchen like a boss: Whipped up a killer Trail Bologna Charcuterie App to kick things off—fanned out slices of that epic Troyer's Trail Bologna (tangy, smoky Amish gold), surrounded by slices of extra sharp cheddar, creamy gouda, and nutty asiago cheeses. Scattered garlic herb crackers and pretzel ones all around for that garlicky crunch and salty snap. Dipped, crunched, and demolished. Pure flavor fireworks!

Then leveled up to the main event: Grilled up some cheddar brats till smoky and juicy, slapped 'em into a buttery toasted brioche bun with a smear of mustard for that perfect bite. Simple, smoky perfection—bun game on point. Who's coming over next time?

Turkey bones from LAST THANKSGIVING??? That's what I call 'supersaver'!!!

I'm having some frozen Italian meat sauce I made a week ago over spaghetti noodles ( we might do bow ties instead) .
Used 80/20 ground chuck and a pound of mild Italian sausage... really tasty and I'm not a big Italian food fan. Pair it with some homemade garlic butter on French bread.
No alcohol for me tonight so I'll be chugging unsweet iced tea instead.

CARBS!
