It only took him 19+ years to get there.
But, he's a Defensemen and forwards average 20 - 40 per season, so I guess I'll be slightly impressed for the lad.
I wonder if that includes the one he put in his own goal a year or two ago when he was not exactly focused on his game, like a lot of the other players at the time.It only took him 19+ years to get there.
We have been here before, but watching this team so far feels like it is different. Its a pleasant surprise vs what we thought we would have. Long season though.

I think the veterans were not worried about Sully scratching them no matter how often they took the night off. Waiving Graves was one of the best moves the organization has made in years. I think that helped set the tone.
It just amazing what a new leadership team behind the bench.....or for that matter on the sideline, can and will do for a stagnant sports organization.

I know, right!? Dan Bylsma was a terrific coach, lost the team...Sully, another terrific coach, lost the team...Looks like another change at the helm with Muse has sparked the team at least. 5 coaching changes for the Pens since Tomlin took over the Steelers. Three Lord Stanleys to Mike's one SB*

This evening is a big game vs the Panthers. I'm definitely tuning into to this one to see how they look against the defending champs.
