I was too busy biting my tongue from all the loudmouth ******* Packer fans all around me to notice I guess. God it was infuriating!

I’m taking the old pug for a walk down the street to the park today. As I cross the street a guy in a truck yells at me….Fire Tomlin!! Then yells go Pack go!! I’m thinking WTF,then realized I was wearing my Steelers hat. I started laughing and yelled …right on Brother.

Now I’m sure this happens all the time in Pittsburgh. Not so much in Vancouver,Canada. Brought a smile to my day.

3-5 with nine games left is flirting with elimination

They just got their MVP-caliber QB back and have Minnesota, Cleveland, NYJ, Cincinnati, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati on deck. Mediocre play by their defense and the Ravens have a very good chance at ripping off 8 games in a row to get to 9-5. The Steelers are the only borderline playoff team on that list.

If the Steelers meet expectations based on opponents, they could very well be 7-7 at the same point of the season. (W-Cincy, Chicago, Miami; L-Indy, LAC, Buffalo, Baltimore)

At the end of this weekend the Ravens are either one or two wins behind Pittsburgh, and at worst one win behind Cincinatti with two games against each still to be played and an easier run home than the Steelers.
