5:00 game start on the Wild West coast. Prime time Game.
Just went and picked up 5 pounds of ribs on sale. Roast some corn and green beans from the garden. Garlic Mashed potatoes.
Gonna eat those ribs till I burst. Wash it down with some Granville Island Lager. 🍺 What’s on your Menu?

Definitely have Jalapeño (garden) poppers I’d made and frozen as appetizers.

Probably grass fed smash Burgers & veggies all on the black stone flat top.

You have a longer grow season than I, I’ve had major frost several times.

I do still have carrots and Parsnip growing, but those are very cold weather tolerant !!!

I made about 80 poppers and frozen as appetizers them.

I have two frozen gallon bags of whole jalapeño ‘s to turn into poppers or BEAN and MEAT CHilli…!!!

I worked my Azz off yesterday and woke up to snow this morning.

I am using KEG Steakhouse gift cards from my birthday for dinner ....... Mushroom neptune ...crab/cream cheese stuffed mushroom caps French onion soup and a nice Ribsteak with seasonal veggies is the plan
 
I’m hoping to be home for kick off. Today is Mrs Falco’s 50th and she wanted to do some Harry Potter themed festival in BFE Ohio yesterday. She’s splashing around with the young Falcos in the pool as I am waiting for the drive back to Pittsburgh.

As for the game, I’m looking forward to a low scoring game. I think the Steelers have the edge with Aaron Rodgers. If MVS is dressing, I think he’ll be in for 8-11 snaps with maybe 6 targets to help open things up.
