Merry Christmas Steelernation

Merry Christmas All. I kind of laughed when I heard my grandchildren screaming away in the background.
We have 4 kids and the memories of Christmas with presents halfway up the tree and all around. You could barely see the tree. The craziness of shopping for all the right stuff,then it over in an instant with the fireplace blazing away from all the paper wrapping. And with all the new fancy toys…..the kids would find the biggest empty boxes and be pushed around by the siblings while smacking the sides with a wooden spoon screaming away. All those fancy toys ignored for the big empty box. Cheers all. 🍻

Merry Christmas to you all. I really appreciate all yinz, and love the community here, except three of you.

Today is quiet. We make it a habit of having the strays over - those with no local family, etc. Our next door neighbors planned to stay home and do nothing. They are coming. Two families with young kids from church. They are coming. Mrs. Fan is making her amazing turkey dinner. Djfan is getting ready to break every diet norm known to modern science.

Blessings to you all in this season where I can be overtly religious without being thought of as too much of a kook.

We celebrate and give homage to GOD.



Also know that about a million years ago I was fortunate enough to stumble into this place. It has changed from brutally honest & fabricated to strong bonded deeply seated fellow fans and friends of all nature.

I am thankful for each and everyone of you. It takes a village to raise the whole, this whole has grown in many ways.

Thank you my friends and fellow Fanatics and take the time to rejoice / share / sympathize / bond with family and friends.

Should you find yourself alone today, fear not as I am thinking of you as many others are too.
