One prominent Steeler happy with Tomlin's resignation

Shades' tendency was to only hire assistants that either he knew or worked with before. It makes me think that he wants things his way and doesn't want to be challenged with new ideas. He would also keep assistants who weren't very good at their jobs, he seems to be the type that doesn't like to hire new people. Keeping someone who sucks at their job is preferable to going through the hassle of hiring someone new. We've probably all worked for someone like that.

Bill also knew loose lips sink ships. The fewer coaches the fewer chances his cheating got busted.
 
Tomlin angered many. Tj, Deebo, Garrett, Levonon, Troy.....the list goes on.

Gibberish spouting punk got run off with a year left on his contract.

He never demonstrated the specialized football knowledge required of a head coach in the NFL, and was intimidated by talented assistants and players who didn’t kiss his ***.

If he had any difficulty with a player, he did not patch up differences, rather he ran them off, like Pickens or Deebo, even if it hurt the team. That’s fear.

I’m thrilled he’s gone and I’m not alone.

Yeah I’m an athletic supporter and you all are sorry crybabies and your hero is a now irrelevant fraud.

Cheaty McCheaterpants still had like 9 or 10 assistants get to Head Coaching Status.... hell two may still get Jobs this offseason ( Flores and Dabol)

Its extremely weird that Tomlin only has one, and it was a guy he forced out...
 
Speaking of players bitchy about coaching hires.. Anyone see that Lamar Jackson reposted a thing on TwitX that makes people think if the Raiders get Klint Kubiak, he will force a trade there...


Im not sure how I feel about that... I really want him to stay in the division for his busted *** years, like flacco did... where he kills their cap and isnt as good but they cant do anything cause he is so popular...

Not sure who you’re talking to but you won’t find many fans of Captain Cool Shades on this board.
