Really? Who the F'k cares what he eats and when he eats it....as long as he can block? My take anyway.
Some might be surprised about the short time frame amount consumed. It doesn’t have to interest everyone!😅

The night before is a pregame meal on top of a pregame meal. I guess if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. This has to be a dietitian’s worst nightmare.

I never realized they would eat meals so close together. I guess it makes sense as yinz wouldn’t be shoveling all the sheet in at once.

It keeps the metabolism going and energy levels heightened then plateaued, steady. I’d say he’s got a unique morning ritual, maybe he can’t keep eggs down. Also, it’s hard to get 100g of protein from eggs. I guess chicken is denser and more protein rich.

Same with when all that sheet comes out, a fella needs a little break in-between ……………..

It's damn near impossible unless you take pasteurized egg whites and drink them raw. Which I'll still do occasionally mixed with some whey, milk and Hersheys syrup.

I used to eat a dozen eggs a day and an entire rotisserie chicken spread throughout the day, plus salmon and steak in the evening. The goal was 250-300 grams of protein a day.

Most eggs have 6-7 grams of protein. A large chicken breast 45-60 grams.

You have to eat big to get big and keep eating to maintain mass. There's no way around it.

Protein through actual food
The greatest legal steroid ever

Dietary requirements to be unnaturally big are definitely something else

The reference to Faneca was a great one
