I am reminded of my mom going to the nursing home to catch my dad on his twice a week ambulance ride to the nearby dialysis center so she could hold his hand for a few seconds (dad was only there for a month before he passed) and my wife taking a lawn chair to the nursing home where her mother was in Indiana County so she could sit outside the window and talk to her.

Not that already sick people couldn't get Covid and die, but I knew a lot of what they were pushing was bull****.
As I recall, I had 21 Covid death cases at my funeral home, all of them had pre-existing health conditions, all but three were over 70 years old, and all but three (not the same three) lived in nursing homes.
And if you could smell perfume or cigarette smoke through your N95 mask then it wasn't going to stop a virus.
Wife and I both got the first Covid vax and we both got Covid anyway.

I don’t believe he’s been dishonest about everything, sometimes he was just wrong. But refusing to answer any questions despite a full pardon is just going to sow even more distrust in science. The guy is in his 80s. If he cared about public health at all he’d answer the questions about what went right and what went wrong, honestly and transparently. This has permanently tarnished any respect he might have left.

Thing is Onefor, he had a monetary interest, which appears to be his driving force, other than adulation, in the lab in Wuhan, so why would he be willing to admit that?
It's obstruction of justice and if that doesn't see him in handcuffs, his pardon is only federal. I'm sure there will be some state AG's filing suits against him. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.
