I'm not sure that's possible, not with Tibs specifically, but with the left in general.
All you have to do is look at the Congressional voting record, If Trump is for it, every single Democrat, with the exception of Fetterman will vote against it. It's no longer, and hasn't been for a while, what's good for the country, it's only about what good for the party.

I think the chances of that happening were extremely slim, but taking everyone off the plane would have alerted whoever.
