Where they differ from us is that they make policies to strengthen the country as a whole without resenting the idea that to do so someone might get something for nothing. Here free college is bad for some reason regardless of how it would increase the nations competitiveness. Making sure those with health issues get the care they need is bad even though it saves money overall. Looking down on people on any benefits is more important than improving the nation as a unit.
