Is not to bomb or deactivate the oil fields controlled by ISIS.. In addition, Obama has ordered no attacks where civilians are. The military is only attacking 25% of the confrimIed ISS targets.

That matches the 75% number of sorties that come back with all their bombs figure I read in the paper the other day. You would think with all that wasted jet fuel and it's catastrophic effect on global warming, that would irritate the Libs more than killing a few civilians. What the heck, between the inner city's and Planned Parenthood, what's a couple more innocent bystanders in the grand Hope and Change scheme of things.

For many years, the untold secret of Iraq and Iran was that European oil companies (Royal Dutch, ENI, Total, etc.) were busy handling the oil business, helped by the Russians, Chinese and Saudis. There is very little chance that high level intel doesn't exist to identify the source of funding. That means the answer will be "interesting" at least.....

They did not take part in the economic embargo of Iran, which is largely why it so ineffective.

The Chinese will buy every drop of the oil we refuse to buy.
