The whole IRS penalty thing was a sham from the start. It was cheaper to pay the penalty than buy a policy. Now the insurers have been forced to take people with pre existing conditions and are stuck holding the bag and the leach class is skating on the whole thing.

And also the fines ratchet up over time so that eventually it will be cheaper to buy insurance than pay the tax, with much of the increases coming after FBP has left office.

Interesting that some of the healthcare companies are now expanding overseas. It seems that people with money want to pay for individual quality insurance instead of relying on their government DMV style healthcare.

The middle class is getting ******. The rich can pay out of pocket for whatever they need and the ever growing group of people deemed "poor" will still get it for free.

It's the people in the middle who will get stuck with insurance that is more expensive than before that also comes with a huge deductible of $3000 to $5000 or more. That means your expensive insurance doesn't pay for **** until you rack up $5000 worth of bills.

Bush allowed for tax breaks for people to have special health savings accounts but now they want to take those away. You can't have anybody NOT being taxed on every cent possible and these HSAs also may make people able to actually afford the new ****** by design plans. They can't have that because they need it to fail.

There It is right there. You call up to complain and are basically told that it might be cheaper if "somebody" wasn't holding back government from doing more.
