Stagnation and mediocrity. Hypocrisy. But probably not apocalypse. America will not become some Mad Max post-war wasteland. We'll just become another also ran country like Australia or Canada. No longer the symbol of freedom in the world. Just another irrelevant bureaucracy.

Studies have shown that people are actually happier in Canada and Australia than here. They might not be as wealthier. They might not have "gun rights". But happiness? Satisfaction with their lives? Mental stability? More and more studies show that despite all our material riches and military power, it's not making us all that much happier as a society.

Canada and Australia don't have Bomma as their President.
I don't know about you, but I haven't had as much "material riches" since 2008.

I am very happy and proud to be an American.......The U.S.still is and will continue to be, the greatest nation ever on the face of earth!

But I do have to say that I agree with Ron on "Bomma"... I wouldn't say he makes me "sad"....more like "concerned"...especially recently.

I, for one, would like to invite all the "unhappy", the "disenfranchised" and those who feel "unsafe" over micro aggressions or other neuroses to please, please take advantage of the fact that they are FREE, yes FREE to explore the possibilities of expatriation to not only Canada and Australia but many, many other wonderful countries. Don't forget to write!

That's easy to explain.

Because the liberal view on race is that America is a racist society...this makes them very unhappy.

Because of America is why third world countries exist. This makes liberals unhappy.

America is why Muslims behave the way they do. This makes liberals angry.

Liberals, many are idealists and have utopian dreams. The fact there will never be a utopia makes them sad.

Self reliance makes one happier. Reliance on government makes one unhappy and a sense of worthlessness, then bitching that it aint enough.

White guilt overwhelms liberals with sadness.

One time liberals got so angry that they looted and burned down their own city simply because a cop exterminated one of their thugs.


Plus the fact that Canadians aren't being victimized by Muslim terror to the same extent as America makes them happier.

Of course, they got the MSM lap dogs to help gloss that over by finding racism within the police force and just forgot to mention it had nothing to do with the shooting.

Maybe, you think all of those people doing the looting where not liberals? How did that are vote in recent elections? I haven't looked, but I bet neither Romney nor McCain won that area. Probably wasn't close.
