Larry Fitzgerald signed a 1 year, $11,000,000 contract with the Arizona Cardinals, including $11,000,000 guaranteed, and an average annual salary of $11,000,000.
In 2017, Fitzgerald will earn a base salary of $11,000,000, while carrying a cap hit of $15,850,000 and a dead cap value of $20,700,000.
While this is a pipe dream and we would have to add great picks and shed cap space it would be great... fitz has a nearly 16 million dollar cap hit this year but only 4 or 5 next...
Looking at the title of the thread, I thought that Fitz had called Bryant out and told him to "straighten up" and "do it now". Didn't think Steve A had gone all "Steven A" off the deep end.
So the irony here is that a fan, mad the Bryant is looking for a non existent trade to better his own situation, is responding by suggesting a non existent trade tgat betters his own (teams) situation...

Maybe not as ridiculous as you all are stating....Bryant is a cancer and we get a vet who is money.....DO IT NOW
So why would the Cards agree to this exactly?
No. Why would you trade him? You'd get very little in return at this point. Plus he has all the talent in the world and is cheap. You keep him and hope he matures enough to see it is in his best interests to stop whining. be patient and perform. This team is too strong to let him be a distraction to the point it affects the locker room. When he gets back to work he's going to get pulled aside by team mates and told to pull it in. You can guarantee that. Whether he does or not is up to him.
