Alabama/ Georgia game thread.

I feel for Rodrigo lol.
You kicked good kid.

Offensive playcalling --- wtf?

Trying not to lose always seems to hasten it. Even defence. Great play on first down. Huge loss. Then soft cover two. Safety was concerned about the post coming late from the other side. Great throw kid. Hope Steelers dont play like that. Get your foot on their throat and dont let it off.

Too many carries for Chubb, not enough for Michel. That's what cost Georgia the game.

I'd pretty much put this loss on the Georgia coaches playing ***** ball in the second half. No killer instinct. You had to go all turtle ball and not let Fromm throw the ******* ball. Dumb against a stacked line. I feel bad for the players. Reminded me of a few Steeler losses in the playoffs with Cowher as coach.

Oh well it's a done deal.

Their next to last series in regulation when they went to the wildcat with Fromm at wideout is what cost them the game.

Those poor ******* bulldogs... I can't even... I just.. Wow.

I would imagine the number of F Bombs and TVs struck by objects in Georgia last night were equal to Pit after the Pats game.

Fell asleep at halftime and expected a UGA win. Guess it was a tale of two halves. Was the officiating THAT bad, or were that many UGA fans that pissed? I didn't see anything blatant in the first half.

Nick Saban created a MIRACLE is what happened.

Benched his starting QB and put in a true freshman rookie from Hawaii!

He started PASSING and tore GA up - the refs had NOTHING to do with ANYTHING!

GA was outplayed and outcoached, period

A MIRACLE FINISH IN OT too!

Best college football game of the CENTURY!

UGA fans were pissed.
I can accept a loss when a game is played fairly.

Both teams had their peaks and valleys.
I'm proud of the Dawgs season. They got too conservative on offense

the D didn't adapt to a left handed QB, they let him roll left I don't know how many times, of course the kid did his part and connected some big passes

The freshman running back, Najee Harris, tore Georgia up after they put him in. I don't think they win without him.

Georgia got screwed by the officials big time but also deserved to lose.

Alabama is still a very mythical and flawed champion being that undefeated UCF beat the team that Alabama lost to.

I told yall Alabama Qb's is suspect. Kudos to Saban for making a switch during the game.

I know there will always be griping about last team out. I would love to see the 8 team playoff. However, once you have the final four, the team that runs that 2 game gauntlet is decided on the field.

But its not much of a gauntlet. It’s not a 16 team league where the top 4 make the playoffs, its a 100+ team league where opinion determines who gets invited. It’s only slightly more valid than the bowls then polls days. If an 8 team playoff could still potentially exclude an undefeated UCF team, it doesn’t solve the problem.

GA would have had this game if they ran the ball after the interception. They would have controlled the clock and wouldn't have left enough time for them to come back

I will agree it isn't perfect.

But it is much better than what we had.

There were a number of cases as to who was #3 could conceivably beat #1.

Now we leave out 5.

Last year was Penn St

This year Ohio St.....

I don't think either of those teams could've beat 2 of Oklahoma, Clemson, bama, Georgia in 8 days.

Ideally I'd love to see 16. Most likely will become 8 first and that will be better,

But back in the days of my youth if the season ended with Alabama 1, Ohio st 2, and Oklahoma 3 those teams would be playing in three separate bowl games. (Sugar,Rose,Orange)

Those days sucked.
