Looking ahead.....

That wouldn't be winning out though.

Pittsburgh is going to beat the Saints and then rest several players for bungles game because division will be won. If there was a scenario of betterment, then starters win bungles to make improvement.

Salute the nation

If Baltimore loses and we lose on Sunday we still have to win against Cincy to clinch the division. We have to win out to win the division and control our own destiny.

Rats lose and we win Sunday and we're not playing for **** in week 17 because I don't see us overtaking the Cheats for the #3 seed. The tie has us ****** there, half a game behind.

We had no business blowing that game to the Chargers. Bring them on.

Don't go down by 21 points to the Chiefs at home and the Steelers can win that one too. Bring them on.

Both tough opponents, both beatable. Just get to the playoffs and get it done.

Stop looking ahead. Listen to the words of Super Bowl Winning Head Coach Michael Vincent Lombardi Tomlin (SBWHCMVLT):

"Sometimes you got to cut your eyelids off when you want to blink when it gets thick, and we talk openly about that."

Stay in the moment boys. Stay in the moment. Task at hand.

That's what I'm screemin' Pay attention y'all.

Win one game at a time, forget what goes on around you.

You keep winning...good on ya

You lose...DONE ..go home ...stfu and start over next year.

Looking ahead, I have absolutely no clue what to expect from this Steelers team. They could very well go down to New Orleans and beat the Saints, then lose to the Bengals at home. Or vice-versa. Or win both. Or lose both.

Who the **** knows?

Tomlin has once again reestablished his inscrutability after yesterday's win, so from here on out, I'm just going to try and enjoy each game one at a time, and hope for the best.

I have looked at everything but looking for confirmation that the BenGALS game will be meaningful under all the scenarios. I have refundable hotel and air, plus cheap tickets at this point. Looking for a little help that even under a win against the Saints and a Ratbirds loss to San Diego, will still need to play. Not spending 1500 for Josh Dobbs

Help please
If we beat the Saints and LA beats the Rats, Steelers can rest players at home vs Bengals. The game will not impact our position.

If Ravens beat the chargers we are screwed. Tough game at NO-if Steelers lose they will be out as either the colts or titans will get the 6 seed. One of those teams will win out. The probability of Steelers making playoffs hinge on Chargers beating the Ravens.

A loss for the Saints tonight would be bad for us, They would be tied for the vest record in the NFL and would need to win out to secure home field throughout the playoffs. A win tonight and they can split the last two games to secure home field.

i think you might just be on to something
I think that if the Steelers score more than NOLA and the Bungles the following week, they'll be fine.

Unless, the Pats lose to whoever they play this weekend, then the Bengal game could impact the Steeler seeding. Unlikely, to be sure, but an option none the less.

If the playoffs started today we would face the Chargers at home. Should the Chargers win against the Ravens and Chiefs lose then we get KC. I think I would rather play the Chargers at this point as I really think we would play the game a lot differently than the did a couple weeks ago. I also want the Ravens to win so they will keep pressure on us to win.

We didn't lose the game against the Chargers. The refs beat us...

I hate when people blame the refs, sounds like, whining

PLAYOFFS ?????? look at standings, we have to win out to really get in,

We beat the Saints and Ravens lose this week to the Chargers, we can take a week off

We got this

Rapoport: Injured RBs Melvin Gordon, James Conner to Return Week 16

Two running backs out this week — #Chargers RB Melvin Gordon (knee) and #Steelers RB James Conner (ankle) — should be back for Week 16. Some good news, there

If he's healthy, he plays, has to

Season on the line again

I’m not confidant against explosive Saints team and think Chargers/Ravens game could go either way. We have an erratic team that’s all over the board never knowing which team will show up, a kicker who has lost his confidence, and a HC, well you decide on that one.
