Nope sorry. The initial report by the lying media was that TRUMP made the demand for the ship to be moved, which is untrue. Some staffer supposedly said something about it when they arrived and was basically told by the NAVY personnel to know their role and to piss off. It was not Trump. It is another case of the media trying to pin something on Trump by misleading the public and/or jumping to a conclusion that they so badly want to be true. As always the MSM is so ******* eager to pin anything on Trump they act like a bunch of dogs fighting over a raw steak and don't give a **** about facts before spewing their nonsense. Fake news again Tibs, sorry. If it comes out that Trump is the person who demanded it, I'll gladly eat my words, but all indications point to the fact that he had nothing to do with it.

Good to know you're giddy from the prospect of Trump's tariffs on Mexico costing US consumers nearly $100bn dollars. States like Texas will be hit particularly hard. Regardless of the fact Trump lies through his teeth about this, everyone knows full well tariffs are paid by the US consumer, be they on products from China, Mexico, or Canada. They raise the prices of everything from cars to clothes. They function exactly like taxes. So by raising tariffs Trump has in effect raised taxes on most Americans, making them poorer. Way to go, Trump!

Well, if he didn't agree with it, or understood with his peanut brain what a grave insult it would be to the military to even consider making such a dumbass request, he should have said so. And fired the staffer who put the request through - unbeknownst to Trump, supposedly - and thought this was something his boss would appreciate. We both know why none of that happened. Trump didn't seem upset in the slightest: “Now, somebody did it because they thought I didn’t like him, okay? And they were well-meaning.”

This could easily be avoided if Congress would get off their collective *** and actually do something about immigration and the boarder mess, but all the media wants to talk about is how bad orange man wants you to pay more.

The Wall Street Journal first reported last week that the White House asked the U.S. Navy to make sure the USS John McCain would be "out of sight" while he visited troops stationed in Japan.

“USS John McCain needs to be out of sight,” an email outlining the president's plans for the trip read, the Journal reported. “Please confirm #3 will be satisfied."

The order was not implemented after senior Navy officials became aware of the request, Reuters noted.

This is one of those situations that drive me crazy. The "White House" made the request for the USS McCain to remain hidden. I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere, but does this staffer have a name?

It may all be true, but when ever the source of the information isn't revealed, it's easy to make **** up to fit the agenda.

This is akin to somebody confronting the CEO of a corporation that employs 1,000 people, jamming a microphone in his face and saying, "We are told that one of your employees pushed a little old lady down in Walmart last week. What do yo have to say for yourself? Why do you endorse pushing little old ladies down in stores?" It's silliness pure and simple. More "gotcha" tactics from the TDS crowd, same as the last 3 years.

The mental gymnastics you guys go through protecting Trump is breathtaking. Instead of twisting yourselves into pretzels, just admit someone at the WH ******-up trying to appease Trump. Then admit the reason he thought this was a novel idea, is because Trump is so thin-skinned, they were simply trying to keep the President from losing his ****. If Trump got a glimpse of the ship and the crew wearing the McCain gear, Lord only knows what level of meltdown was in store. That's the problem here, the fact the president's a sociopath, not that the media does its job by reporting on these events.

Um, no, just more conjecture on your part. Do you ever post anything that is based on fact, or just what fits your ideology? So what percent of our western allies consider Mr. Trump a clown, 51, 52, 90 percent?

I haven't done a single mental gymnastic, nor have I needed to in the past 3 years. I am using interesting and complex process known as logical thought.
