I have no idea what it is for. He's wearing an EKG monitor and pulse monitor. He has something on his forearm, but I can't tell if it's a cooling wrap or not.

I will update the spreadsheet when I get any new data.

Well ****. And if he's going to post that he got surgery, he should probably specify what the surgery was.

I think maybe he had to listen to coach about who should have and who shouldn't have been drafted and a what spot of the draft for over the last 20 years. Then coach gave him some inside informationh on who to bet on.......OLA's ear drums exploded internally causing a surgery to releive pressure by removing "coachenitis" fragments from various parts of his body.

Strange. All I can find is that he was being monitored for possible concussion after the first pre season game. That would be bad luck for him if its serious. Two really good camps and not much to show for it. Hopefully not football related and not serious.

Im guessing its tonsils or appendix.

But whatever.

The thing on his forearm is a blood pressure cuff. The thing on his finger is a pulse monitor.

His season will go much like it did last year. Sucks for him for sure. Guess we're riding with Watt, Bud and Chicklets.

No China Doll, Injury Prone comments? You guys are slipping.

Menuscus, minor injury

Minor knee surgery, out 2-4 weeks.

Not available to play. Next man up!

Ben did the same thing he was out 2 or 3 weeks IIRC. It's a C cut that us used to completely cut out the tear. It works in the short term, but in the long term, he will have problems with that knee after football.

I fully expect him to be back in 2-3 weeks. He wouldn't have jumped into surgery so quickly, without a good opportunity to play the Pats in week 1.

Just looked up Ben's surgery on his meniscus surgery in 2016.

He missed 1 game.

Ola will be back for the season opener. Bank on it.

And no, we won't be putting him on IR, and he is PUP ineligible.

Cope, isn't PUP only able to be used prior to the start of training camp??? Maybe I'm mistaken but PUP is a mechanism to keep a player but NOT count against roster similar to IR durring the season.?

Correct. The PUP can only be used if a player has not yet participated in a team practice during training camp. It's why Eli Rogers could go on it last year, and why Golson could not, getting hurt the first day of camp.

Yep. Wishing him a speedy recovery.
