Billiboy will NOT be suspended or fined because that would,be an admission of guilt causing "banned for life" as per the spygate episode. Between kr*ft and the "rog", they've got this NFL so ****** up, anything is possible.

There are five aspects that need explored ....
1. There needs to be a federal update on the sports bribery laws to cover electronic harassment and espionage

2. Federal racketeering laws need explored in relation to this if the facts determine there is a criminal conspiracy

3. State laws pertaining to gambling on events with fixed or rigged results needs explored... its not legal in most places... you want to turn heads, declare it illegal to wager on the nfl because its partially fixed, make sire you include fantasy football for money in that... the sport will be cleaned up yesterday....

4. Corporate espionage laws need explored... its interstate so it’s probably federal jurisdiction...

5 The last thing is if they have secretly taped practice, does that constitute illegal surveillance in some states? And if they are wiretapping headsets, is that a violation of various laws....
 
Any time there is an "incident" the parties in question need to be lie detectored. If they are found guilty suspensions and then a ban needs to be enforced.

Isn’t it interesting that the Pats got caught filming the Bengals. They beat the Bengals easily. Then they struggled vs Buffalo and lost at home to Miami. Could it be that after getting busted again, they had to play clean the last 2 weeks and looked like the mediocre talents they are without their cheating advantage?

When are the penalties being handed down anyway?

Let me guess, they fine the organization 10k in the off season when no one is paying attention.

They should lose very pick in the upcoming draft, how many times have they been caught doing **** like this?
 
Don’t hold your breathe for a big penalty vs the Pats. A significantly big penalty (more than a draft pick and fine) would de-legitimize the ALL pats wins during the Brady era. There is now way the NFL would do that. In fact, I believe that’s part of why the Pats continue to cheat. They know the NFL already blinked on this issue and won’t do anything major. They are like Whitey Bulger committing crimes while being an informant.

If the owners have finally had enough, I think it will come in the form of a behind the scenes ban of Belichick. Brady retires and then BB follows him. It would kind of be like the shadow ban of Michael Jordan from the NBA for gambling where he went to play baseball for a year or 2. Of course the NBA would never admit that but it seems pretty damn likely.
 
Who knows how long it's been going on..I remember when he was head coach for the Browns, his teams sucked (for the most part) and he looked totally lost on the sidelines. Always had a dumbfounded mouth breather expression. How the heck did he go from that to the double digit wins just about every year with the Pats without some sort of "assistance"?
