VP Pence Will Control All Coronavirus Messaging From Health Officials

WASHINGTON — The White House moved on Thursday to tighten control of coronavirus messaging by government health officials and scientists, directing them to coordinate all statements and public appearance with the office of Vice President Mike Pence, according to several officials familiar with the new approach.

President Trump announced Wednesday evening that Mr. Pence would coordinate the government’s response to the public health threat even as he played down the immediate danger from the virus that is spreading rapidly across the globe. Mr. Pence was scheduled to lead a meeting of the government’s coronavirus task force on Thursday.

Mr. Pence said Thursday that he had selected Dr. Deborah L. Birx, the director of the United States effort to combat H.I.V. and AIDS, to serve as the Coronavirus Response Coordinator for the White House, enlisting an experienced scientist and physician to manage the response to the potential spread of the virus.

Every sane rational person in the world who has a sarcasm detector knows, factually, undeniably, he was joking with that reference to Hillary. Except Liberals who WANT to believe it was a true call for hacking. Which it was not.

i just got off a call with a Chinese business person ---calling me because China needs US goods. Her summary was:

things are getting better
business is re-opening, supplies replenished
less sick people

I had heard that it may have gotten out of a bio weapon lab in China. Nothing would surprise me.
It's not the freaking Black Plague though. People DO get better from it.

Actually Canada. Wish I had the article still. COVID-19 was developed in a lab in Canada, the NMO or something. 2 Chinese scientists worked there, and were kicked out when it was found out they had taken the virus back to China.

EDIT: Did some research and the story was false.

Only a fool sees this as anything but the sarcasm he intended, especially given his humorous sarcastic press comments and given he says he has nothing to do with Putin and at that point had never spoken with him.

Keep looking for something to hang him with though.
