It is the private agencies that are close to finding a cure. If you had your way, there would not be private agencies, therefore no cure. If you had your way, we would have open boarders, and end up like those morons in Europe. Name me one person who does not have access to health care.

Outbreak management has many layers. Look at measles for example. For the most part, here in the states contained and unheard of. Until a bunch of hippy moms said “not my child” because of a stupid story linking it to Austism. Debunked and proved false but moms still said no.

There are many layers, vaccination when available, proper hygiene ie wash your ******* hands, don’t go to public places when your ******* sick.

A few years ago OSHA banned companies from tying safety achievements to bonuses or incentive plans because it led to idiotic cover ups and reduced reporting minor issues that inevitably led to huge issues...

Problem is when folks have no PTO to use and income is a must. The only that works if the employer is flexible.
The smallpox vaccine led the the eradication of the virus, but the point I was trying to make was a national, government healthcare system would result in a decline in healthcare in this country, not the opposite as implied by 21.

Not everyone should get checked or treated. It will cause mild cold or flu-like illness in most people and then they will recover. The last thing we need is a bunch of mildly ill people flooding doctors offices and hospitals where really sick people need to be.

One such person is Denver City Councilwoman Candi CdeBaca, who Tweeted “#solidarity Yaaaas!!” while Tweet-quoting “For the record, if I get the coronavirus I’m attending every MAGA rally I can.”
