WATCH IT - I DARE YOU

Hellooooooooooo

Doctors and nurses aren't getting sick and dying from patients infected with the flu! This is the SARS Covid-19 virus.

Actually they do, have, and will continue too. But no one moved, earth did t stop to tremble. The skies didn’t get clearer. They went home, they got sick, most all came back. Some. Some. Did not. As with us all.

Numbers? are you kidding?

People getting infected and filling up hospitals around the world from the opiod contagion?

It ain't even the flu bro.

The government models used to predict the extent of the coronavirus pandemic are off by huge margins in the latest coronavirus tracking numbers. The government predictions reported by the IMHE Covid Tracking (https://covidtracking.com/data/ ) for Apr 5th were as follows:

– All beds needed: 179,267
– ICU beds needed: 33,176
– Invasive ventilators: 26,544

Those were the predictions.

The actual numbers as recorded at The Covid Tracking Project:

– Actual hospitalizations: 22,158
– In ICU: 5,207
– On ventilator: 656

The actual numbers show:

– Overestimation of hospitalizations: 8 times
– Overestimation of of ICU beds needed: 6.4 times
– Overestimation of ventilators needed: 40.5 times

So overnight the IMHE — the official group Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx have been promoting cut their numbers by more than half!
Here is what the IMHE NOW HAS for April 5th:

– All beds needed: Was 179,267 … Now is 90,353
– ICU beds needed: Was 33,176 … Now is 17,589
– Invasive ventilators: Was 26,544 … Now is 14,951

The sheer mind-numbing stupidity of the sheep herd leads me to one conclusion

More than 700 employees at one Detroit hospital system test positive for coronavirus

Hundreds of staff at a Detroit-area hospital system have tested positive for coronavirus, the hospital's chief clinical officer said Monday evening.

As many as 1,500 at another hospital system in the state have reported symptoms similar to coronavirus, though those numbers are not confirmed cases.

“Our team members are our greatest asset and their health and safety is a top priority as we continue to respond to this pandemic,” Munkarah said in a separate statement Monday evening confirmed the total number of positive test results.

The hospital system's chief operating officer added in a statement to BridgeMI.com that staff were working "24/7" to acquire more personal protective equipment (PPE) for nurses and doctors including masks, which hospitals across the country have reported trouble obtaining.

CVS is putting up tents now to get in on the testing hysteria. Why? What do the results mean with regards to how I live my life?

What does a negative test result mean? I could walk out of there and catch the virus 10 minutes later from the very next person I encounter. Then I'd be walking around thinking I'm no threat, when in reality I'd be a walking bowl of bat soup.

Testing for the virus seems as pointless now as it did three weeks ago. Testing for the antibodies? Now that has value. At least then you'd know that you're safe. All of that testing funding should've been spent on developing an antibody test, so people would know when its safe for them to go back to work.

Do we really believe that the virus will leave town if we hide in our homes for two weeks, or two months? Wont it just be out there waiting for us? If the goal is to not overwhelm the hospital systems, then shouldn't we be weening people back into public life a little at a time? What happens when nearly 300 million people defend back on the workplaces, restaurants, and campuses? Won't they all get sick all at once again?

The only way to beat the virus is to get the virus. We should starts mailing each other C-19 lollipops, the way they did with measles back in the day.

yeah! that's the ticket! that's what we should do!

Boris Johnson moved to intensive care as coronavirus symptoms worsen

Trump offers ‘help’ to treat Boris Johnson

President Donald Trump offered "help" Monday to treat British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who is in hospital battling Covid-19, saying he had asked "leading companies" to "contact London immediately" about solutions.

"We'll see if we can be of help. We've contacted all of Boris' doctors, and we'll see what is going to take place, but they are ready to go," Trump said during a press briefing with his coronavirus task force. "We're working with the [U.S. Food and Drug Administration] and everybody else, but we are working with London with respect to Boris Johnson."

The model were wrong and have been wrong for a long time. Again I'm sick of hearing people that know nothing about the field trying to justify modeling by giving anecdotal renditions. Of those 700 that tested positive how many were asymptomatic? How many were hospitalized? The 1500 have "symptoms" but haven't even been tested. So it's possible 0 of them have the virus. Nobody knows. But it doesn't stop the non-stop ignorance from spilling all over the news and even here. I'm sick of these no nothing people running their mouths. Please just STFU if you don't know WTF you're talking about.

Not sure about your area but the tents here are used only for people that are symptomatic for the virus. They aren't just checking everyone.

I believe that I heard they are meant for testing people working in essential jobs, symptoms not withstanding.

But again, if you're interacting with people all day what good is a negative result when you could become positive at any time? They should just call the result "negative, for now", which kind of makes the results worthless.

so you comparing a contagious disease to something you willingly put in your body? That is not even in the same ballpark. Im not going to be catching someones heroin addiction because they coughed on me.

Meh im not on board with forced infections, but yes as the weather turn warmer you turn people loose... maintain your shelter in place rules for anyone in high risk groups, everyone else let er rip...a

Also there are two types of testing:
a molecular test looking for active genetic material
And a blood test looking for antibodies in the system of recovered patients... we need more of the later now... we need an idea of how many are potentially immune... if we determine the number of recoverds is 20 times greater than initially expected then this is not worth fighting

Right now we are quarentining people that came in contact with someone with CV. This is true with police departments and other first responders. If they could take the test and show negative results, they could go back to much needed work sooner.

I am comparing hysteria, not disease,
SMH.

This is the test I want to take. I am generally asymptomatic when it comes viruses of this sort. Knock on wood. No adverse flu reactions in 31 years and I've been surrounded by it on many occasions.

I self quarantined because of my stepdaughter potential infection. So in 4 days if her results come back positive and i still feel fine,I'd damn sure like to get a test if I'm still showing nothing.

I hope the hell it comes back negative and it was some other type of illness they didn't test her for.

Back to this ****.

I went eenie, meenie, miney, moe, and picked one...

"We have a very small number of people in the country, right now, with it. It’s like around 12. Many of them are getting better. Some are fully recovered already. So we’re in very good shape."

This was on Feb 14. Trump said we had 12 cases. As recent as Feb 29 the US had 69 cases, so yeah Trump was probably in the ballpark..
You people need to understand that Trump can only go by what he is told. In late January Dr. Fauci himself said that we'll be fine. America has nothing to worry about. Trump could only go with that. And he did.

Which brings us to the rest of that quote.
You people need to understand that there is downplaying then there is optimism.
Optimism is having confidence in the successful outcome of something. Downplaying is making something appear less important than it really is.

Sure you can interpret that quote either way, but how the **** do you libs know how he was thinking? One thing we all know that Trump is highly optimistic about everything, "everything is gonna turn out great as long as he is president". This virus isn't gonna change who he is. His approach to it is the same.

What possible advantage is it for him to downplay the virus knowing the severity of it? Nothing. Can any of you libtards think of a reason? On Feb 14 he called it as he saw it when he said "we are in good shape".
*******.

I can only supply you with facts. You can do (bend) with them as you please. The fact remains that trump downplayed the seriousness of the situation and has lied to the American public along the way. My favorite Trump quote, "“I never understood wind,”. “I know windmills very much, I have studied it better than anybody. I know it is very expensive. They are made in China and Germany mostly, very few made here, almost none, but they are manufactured, tremendous — if you are into this — tremendous fumes and gases are spewing into the atmosphere. You know we have a world, right?”

true - and the ******* standing in front of and behind you could have it, thus making it more than like you'll get it standing in line but pass the test for not having it. then you'll stroll your happy non-Covid having-Covid *** on over to Chik-Fil-A, get God's Chicken Sandwich and infect a worker in the drive thru, who will then pass it on to each and every ****** until their shift ends.

well this shouldn't take long

Facts & a timleine of events showing Trump and his downplaying of the pandemic.

Joined 2015 and this is your third post? 5 years of lurking to come ***** about Trump.

You do know people are on the edge of going batshit crazy even more than normal. I'd downplay it too or atleast talk in a positive light. We have enough doomsday **** from TV right now to go around for everyone.

Talk about bending them to your needs. Where is your condemnation of the WHO of spreading false information that even Fauci used to say on 2/21 Americans shouldn’t be concerned. Trump was being optimistic Trump but he was always, if you listen to whole speeches, using the science he was being fed and always said it was serious. Every time in every speech if you listen to the whole thing which liberals never do the grab one line and ignore the rest to make up whatever bullshit they want regardless of the actual meaning and context.
