Any Rumors?

We are getting closer, and of course it is all pure speculation and rumors at this point. Nobody can expect any team outside the Jaguars to really tip their hand. Is there anything floating around? Is anybody is hearing any guesses or speculations outside of mocks in reference to the Steelers?

This is 100% rumor, but I heard two different sports talking heads mention the Steelers trading a later pick for the Packers AJ Dillion and of course referencing the success with Bettis
 
Heard Tuo is lobbying in Miami for Fins to take Harris. They were college roommates.
 
There seems to be a little steam picking up for Fields to SF at 3. I’m still not sure why he isn’t going 2nd to the Jets.
 
I think the Jets want Wilson.
 
NFL Network on XM is saying Julio Jones could be traded before or during draft.

Who will break out the template first?

I guess if they add enough bodies and a 1st or 2nd round draft pick, they should end up with a better RB room than they've had in a while. But, AJ Dillon would just be coming in to be a backup. With him and Ballage, it would also signal to me they really don't like Benny Snell all that much.

Dillon on the Packers is a back up because of Jones..Dillon on the Steelers is the starter

My guess that trade only happens if Harris is off the board at 24. I’m not sure how high they are on Etienne but he could also be in play. But lets say both are gone. I’d be cool with throwing a 4th at Green Bay for Dillon.

I could see that. Personally, the more I look at the draft the more I feel Miami is the only team that needs a running back after the top 15. I am starting to really hope the Steelers look to trade back if they can find a dance partner to the of the first. As long as they stay ahead of the Jets and Miami in the second and the jets or Miami both don’t jump ahead of the Steelers I feel Harris or Etienne will still be there if not both.

Perfect trade would be if the Bucs (who are in win now mode) traded their 32nd, 92nd & 137th for our 24th. Value is there and if a player the bucs determine is an impact player that falls to 24 maybe they try to move up.
It’s wishful thinking but we have lots of holes and especially when you look long term so getting 4+ future starters this draft would be huge.

Good insight and I for one would go for that as well. It's a calculated gamble.

at 18, the Fish could also go defense (they need a pass rusher) or WR (quick - name their #1 WR without looking it up). Miami needs lots of help in lots of places. RB may not be their choice here.

No way would Dillon be a back up if he was in our camp.
Barring injury he is a1200 yards a season capable running back.

I definitely would not give up our 2nd for Dillon. If Green Bay doesn't need him, give them a 4th. Otherwise, I'm taking Harris or Etienne if they're on the board. If you want to give up a 2nd or 3rd, give up next years picks, not this years.
