you do realize that not all people always wear seat belts, even if they are available.
you also must realize that not all people who are not wearing seat belts, even though available, are in car accidents.
you should also realize that not all people who are not wearing seat belts, even though available, involved in car accidents will get hurt.
you should also understand that there are other methods of transportation in which seat belts are not practical.
seat belts for those other methods of transportation would likely result in even more harm - or death - in an accident.
