Little fight at the game on Saturday

I watched the video and I see a "Karen" stirring **** up and putting her hands on someone first and then when the guys are squaring up she insinuates herself in it again and gets hit. Seems to me she should have sat down and shut the **** up from the get go. Her actions ended up getting her significant other knocked the **** out for a moment.

Why is her behavior just disgusting but his inhuman? I think he was reacting with adrenaline and was just swinging at whoever was coming for him. Everyone in the situation could have handled this a lot better and with more maturity, but I seriously get sick of seeing women that think they can run their mouths with impunity and put their hands on a man without consequence. Perhaps she will think twice about doing this in the future, but probably not.
100%
These crazy karens get in someones face screaming, ok, but as soon as she slaps him, you lose the "I'm a woman you can't hit me card" They should act like women if they want to be treated like one.
I would never hit a woman, but I've seen enough **** not to judge those who do in situations like this.

The fact you justify his behavior tells me you are part of the problem.

Because those good ole boys would have ripped his scrawny arms off and beat him with them.
He was definitely forced into it. But that guy that straight up closed hand punched a woman is lucky he didn’t do that at a packers game. He’d never of made it out of the stadium alive. I’m embarrassed at the Steelers community for not throttling that pos and then the fact people condone and defend him is disgusting. There’s never a reason to hit a woman and no human being would close fist punch a woman.

I’m not condoning anyone’s behavior. But the drunk guy that is literally forced into a fight really had nothing to do with it. Karen was being an intolerable ****. But dreads took things to another level.
I see a common denominator is your responses. I'm not going to label it as racist - but you seem to have a problem w/ 'this black man'.

A friend asked me to read this thread and I see that you had NO PROBLEM spelling out how you really feel, and that, it's your prerogative. I mean freedom of speech, right???

I wonder, really I do, how would you have described the guy who got slapped and retaliated - had he been Caucasian???
It still doesn’t matter. All you women beaters are disgusting.
This statement seems overarching...
Yeah, after she jumped into the fight he was having with her man and decided to attack, after she instigated the whole thing. I'm not making excuses and I don't condone guys hitting girls either because they are bigger and stronger and can do more damage. In this instance, she started it and she jumped in the middle of a fight and got hit. I'm not going to jump in the middle of a fight between two guys and try to attack one of them, why......because the adrenaline is going and you are going to get hit. No one is stopping in the middle of action to assess the situation when fighting. If someone is attacking you are going to defend.

Now, let me ask you why earlier in the thread you referred to the guys actions as the actions of someone who is fatherless............why? I mean, there are fathers who beat their wives in front of their kids that teach them its ok to hit women. Not sure what "fatherless" has to do with this and why you are assuming that his actions are of one without a father. Care to elaborate on that one, sport.
I can't wait to hear the reasoning behind the micro-aggressive comments as well...
of course you do
Yeah, BGB, I do.
I saw the video and could give two ***** what she said.

Everyone. What would you do if someone closed fist punched your mother or sister like that? If you’d do this or allow this you aren’t a man.
If you're not going to 'take in to account' what the woman said---then how, good sir, can you 'take up arms' in her defense???

THAT MAKES NO SENSE!!!

I don't have a sister, but I can assure you that my mother would never even put herself in the situation that "Karen" did. And my mom's real name IS Karen...
Watch the video the Black man pushes the White women before the slap. No control anymore at games. They all should be charged but as usual nothing will happen, Another example of the social media taking this country down as everyone see the situation differently, by the video. Even the internet media headlines differed from what the video shows,
I didn't see that as many others have said - the woman's body obscures (conclusive evidence) of 'the Black man' pushing her. The audio the Fordy doesn't give a chyt about clearly explains 'who' touched whom first.

In closing, it's 2021 and obviously, this equality issue is STILL and issue here at SteelerNation. I can honestly tell you (Admins) that many of your Black Steeler fans and members are getting fed up w/, and I'll dub this as "the freedom of speech" schtick. I took a sabbatical and I have learned 'staying away and hovering above the fray' is how I can still exist here. To some, that doesn't matter, but as I've said it before---I will not stand/sit silently and allow some of the blatant 'good ol boy' behavior fly - I will call you, if the shoe fits, out on it just as I have been called out for being who I am.

No equality issues here at the Nation. Everyone is equal. In my eyes and the majority of posters. Don't take what you perceive from one to be anything more than that. I won't pretend to like it when a woman is punched. If that is my woman she isn't acting like that but someone put their hands on her I am defending her. Even though she clearly was a word women hate to be called. Ford some of your words don't come across well. Like I always tell everyone pretend your brother is black or if you are black pretend your brother is white. What would offend them? This thread hasn't been healthy and really has no business going back n forth as it isn't supplying unity. Neither one of those involved in that altercation acted like a Steeler fan should. Be better than them. And let this monstrosity of a thread die.

Bermuda:

I don't see this thread as a "black vs. white" issue. Seems to be primarily a "is a man at any time justified to hit a woman?" issue. I think if you were to switch the races of the two men in this story, the discussion would be much the same...don't read too much into it.

If my mother or sister were swinging away at the person, I wouldn't be overly upset. They would have deserved it. Fortunately, neither of them would act like this woman.
You don’t know they wouldn’t. They probably didn’t think their son is a pos woman beating sympathizer.

I’m not racist I’m just real. I call it how I see it. I don’t care about peoples victim mentalities and their sorry *** feelings. If you take offense I don’t care.

🖕

The hard part is we’re literally catching one small clip and one view of what happened. I was always taught their are 3 sides to the story. The truth is somewhere in between. Who knows how the lady or the man were acting that night, what transpired for him to be facing backwards up to them? Did this start in the parking lot? Did the lady accidentally spill beer on him and not care? Was he a Lions fan talking **** all night? See where this can go. I’ve rewatched the video several times and still can’t quite tell what really happened in that clip. Honestly I could care less. Stuff happens all the time and the world would probably be a little better if we just mind our own business and move along. Fight for things that need to be fought for and let go of things that don’t concern you.

I'm not getting into the race game on this **** show. Though anyone saying it doesn't color their interpretation of it (either way) most likely is lying to themselves. If you are trying to form an opinion of who was right or wrong in this situation the answer is neither. More importantly, you are missing the context of what got them there. You can estimate it. I can too. But no one has a clue. We saw the end result of something that could have been 15 min of one of them being a complete *******. And frankly that doesn't excuse either of their actions that resulted.

Yes, I do know that. And they'd know that I'm not a woman beating sympathizer. Nice try, though.
Yes. You are. I don’t care what you tell yourself I’m telling you how you actually are.

This is why I have refrained from commenting a lot of this thread because something led to the woman screaming and slap, which probably tells a lot. I didn't see the whole altercation. I only see the yelling, slap and beatdown. Many takes one side and have trouble looking from both sides. I don't particularly like confrontations, but getting hit is another conversation. I've never hit a woman, hope that I am never in the situation like the video. It really is better to walk away, man or woman.

He has a problem with man who happens to be black striking a woman who happens to be white.

I'll join you in adding to the count of worthlessness........................... ****, did that come out right ?

I wonder what would happen if it snowed today...................... ?

Yes. Because she’s a woman. And he’s a man. I think I explained that once or twice earlier…
Scenario...

You're in your home asleep. The entire family.

Intruders break in and and bind all of your family members with fishing line. The more they struggle - the deeper the line cuts into their skin. When they whimper with pain - alcohol is poured onto the cuts.

Somehow, you get yourself free.

You've devised a plan to save your family. Force, excessive force will be required.

Curve ball...

Your assailants are all females.

What do you do??? You have no phone or line of communication to the outside...

You just painted an experience less likely to happen than me winning the power ball, getting struck by lightening while getting nob from Mila Kunis… simultaneously.
