Good Lord. The White House staff....you know, the place where President Xiden lives and works...they are horribly afraid every time he speaks and at times they MUTE him. I've seen that happen, now we know why.

This country's President is such a god damned disaster that his own staff and handlers MUTE him when he addresses reporters, the nation.

Let that sink in.

Anxiety about what President Joe Biden might say if he takes questions from the media drives some in the White House to mute him or turn off his public appearances altogether, Politico reported Tuesday, citing White House officials.

“I know people who habitually don’t watch it live for that reason,” an unnamed official told the outlet for the report, which focused on occasions when he strays from messaging crafted by the West Wing.

Biden, who occasionally shrugs off reporters' inquiries by telling the press his staff directed him not to take questions, has made frequent flubs during press events and other public appearances by losing his line of thinking, stumbling , and forgetting names.

The president mistakenly referred to Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer as "Jennifer" during an event in August, and in March, he said "President" Harris when referring to Vice President Kamala Harris.

On Tuesday, Biden asserted during a briefing about the damage incurred from Hurricane Ida that tornadoes are called something else now.

“I think he’s either going to resign — they’re going to convince him to resign from office at some point in the near future for medical issues — or they’re going to have to use the 25th Amendment to get rid of this man,” Texas Rep. Ronny Jackson, a former White House physician, said in July.

@Steeltime needs to get his larnin and reedin on

School is back in session for Dr. Jill Biden.

The first lady, 70, marked the start of a new academic year on Tuesday, the Associated Pres reports, when she returned to campus at Northern Virginia Community College to teach classes in-person this fall.

Biden, who has been working at the college since 2009, teaches writing and English. After months of remote instruction amid the coronavirus pandemic she's heading back into the classroom — where she has made a bit of history as the only first lady in memory to maintain a paying job outside the White House.

Nevada does actually have wetlands. Whether the tornado hit there or not i don't know.

As for not calling tornadoes "tornadoes" I have no clue what he is talking about there

Ya got me! I will concede that Clark Co. (Las Vegas), does indeed have a park called Wetlands. I still contend the Commander-In-Chief has no clue what he's talking about on literally any subject. OK, I'll spot him on ice cream.

Democrats around the country are preparing for small town voter drives in preparation for mid-terms.

So in other words, "Minus the loss of your legs and arms, I'd say you're healthy and functional".

or as long as you do not breathe, you're not contributing to CO2 levels

Wetlands park, baby! $50 admission though so jitter can't go.

Of course he can go since I know damn well he has an extra $50.

"Fiddy for me but not for thee, even though I lost a bet babeee!"

Love Family Guy. Rick and Morty have some hilarious skits as well. And of course South Park.

I know there are so many to choose from, but Towelie playing the melody to Funkytown always cracks me up:

So the White House is sending letters to 11 Trump officials – including Sean Spicer, Kellyanne Conway, H.R. McMaster and Douglas Macgregor – to resign or be fired from advisory boards of U.S. military academies.

It is unclear whether Biden has the authority to actually purge the advisory committees. The law that establishes the Naval Academy board, 10 U.S. Code § 8468, says that persons designated by the president “serve for three years each” and the only exception is to extend someone’s expired term until a successor can be appointed.

So Conway tells Xiden to shove it up his demented ***. Bravo. "I'm not resigning. But you should."

So apparently the teachers union now runs the CDC. No reason at all for any concern or alarm.

Of course. Anyone who can't see this concerted, brazen takeover of our civil liberties at this point is either in on the take or in complete denial.
