Gonna get up about three or four hours prior to kickoff. Get some work done and plan football practice for next week. Then I'm gonna put a deer tenderloin I've been saving since last hunting season on the Traeger. Make some wings in the airfryer and Mennonite sausage on the grill. I'll be drinking Original 16 Copper ( great story 16 guys bought their closing Brewery in the 80s and became multi millionaires). Maybe a Mac and cheese. You?

Still on soft foods trying to keep an infection at bay. Thinking of firing up the generator to service it. Take a baby aloe out for a certain someone next door as we are prepping a room in case someone has to come up from the basement.(His son) Ol girls dad is about to do radiation. Some other small projects around the house. Deer and wings both sound really good. Speaking of deer have this one female that has been jumping in our yard over the fence as she loves her some bird feed. She eats that and grass so had to get some deterrent spray to keep her away. Have a groundhog that loves to visit too. Hopefully he is done digging holes. Filled one and had to put some stone in as he kept coming back. No holes since then.

Shoot that groundhog
Gut and skin (leave the head & eyes intact) then throw fresh on the BBQ. A little sage and pepper,.........MMMmmmmm

I'm processing a monster amount of tomatoes today. Mostly making tomato juice to freeze. Very time consuming but well worth it.

I'll probably stop by each of your houses (in the LUXURY S10) and get a sample of game day cuisine. I'll eat while you take her for a spin..............................................

I'll PM you

The time consuming is the vast amount of tomatoes not the actual process.

This year,I actually thought about what I was going to make. Usually I make a slow, slow cooked pulled pork.
Because of all the late season collapses I decided to switch it up.
Yesterday Put 7 bone in chicken thighs,on a bed of celery, onions, carrots. Add coconut milk, chicken stock, bunch of little tomatoes hot peppers, and Thai green curry paste. Slow cooked for 8 hours. Fridge overnight, then will put it on for at least 4 hours today with some baby bok choy. My kitchen was smelling pretty amazing!
Go Steelers!

I have an array of company trucks and a NICE F150 (personal) as well but still that S10 is my favorite to drive.

The famous chili.......2021 version.......,have you added or subtracted? Made it politically correct? Thrown in a little Moderna,or Pfizer?
Ha!! I shot it up with a little J&J vaccine. I'm always pulling for the underdog.

I diced up a fresh tomato. I did not put in as much tomato soup and tomato paste to balance it out. So I guess it is more PC ;)

The fresh peppers make a huge difference. The store bought peppers look great but for the most part don't have any flavor.

So is it sauce or juice? And what is your process? Curious minds want to know. 🙂
