I don't have an issue with someone owning stock as a politician, but the laws that govern insider trading need to be applied to them equally as any other citizen. They should also be required to abstain from voting on any bills, mandates, or laws that they have a vested interest in that could result in financial gains.

Source? There were trials, they were found to be safe. We’re almost 11 months in and they are still considered safe. If something alarmingly contrary to that has been discovered, I haven’t heard about it.

A worrisome, significant % (and no, it doesn't need to be a majority to be significant and worrisome) of the medical community isn't vaxed, protest against the vax, and are willing to lose their jobs over the vax.

One would think....no it would be true...if the vaccines were so safe and the science was settled...THAT community especially would be as close to 100% vaccinated as possible.

They are not.

Because this analogy seems to be brought up everywhere, in 1953 Jonas Salk announced the discovery of a vaccine for polio, it wasn't until a year later that any meaningful trials were done, and not until 1955 that is was deemed safe and effective for the general population.

But people are criticized for being skeptical of vaccine released in months not years. We are the clinical trials.

Bear in mind, before he announced it, there were clinical trials on his part already started and significant … you don’t announce that before you know it works

Also remember, hecwas using already established vaccine methods… nothing novel at all… in fact Pitt tried to patent it and was turned down because nothing he had put forth hadn’t already been used in the past for other issues….

Yeah he found the correct path to a working vaccine, but he used techniques and methods that were already established as safe medicine .
