The mandates are currently frozen by the courts and osha is backing off… there was never a legal way for tge federal government to enforce a mandate… only a state government can….

Not completely correct. Osha yes. Cms is still a go for healthcare
 
Let me add to that, the cms mandate is for any healthcare company that gets federal funds through Medicare/Medicaid. So if your a HC company that doesn’t do that and it’s all private pay your fine.

If your company does, and they want paid for services they will mandate it. Yes it’s being challenged to but given it fed funds, it still is going into effect.

The last supreme court ruling was that states, not the federal government has the ability to mandate vaccines… this is another attempt at an end around and declaring the states adhjucated right invalid in the regulations doesn’t override tge precedent


The federal government has absolutely no mandate rights at any level.. regardless of tge org they try to use
 
I got my 2nd dose today. First was 8 months ago but at the time decided againsta 2nd simply because I was seeing too many people laid up for a few days with fever afterwards.
I decided to say **** it and get another jabby when my neighbor who is prefectly healthy now resides in the hospital from the China virus.
I suppose the odds of me getting it and dying are slim, but I'm a single parent of 2 kids and the thought of them not having a parent outweighed the risk of the jab I suppose.
Maybe I'll still get it and kick the bucket, but at least I tried lol.
I can totally understand why people aren't getting vaccinated. Originally it was said that all this would be long gone once 75% of people got vaccinated. Now we know that was bullshit. You can still get it and still spread it, so if you aren't high risk then why bother?

I get ya, but cms funds come from big brother. He cuts it off if you don’t play ball. Cms mandate is still in effect.

The ruling your talking about is for osha. Two different mandate.

With Dr. Fauci reminding us all that there has been a SIGNIFICANT uptick in breakthrough infections, hospitalizations, and deaths and stating that the vaccinated are at risk, getting a rapid or PCR test would probably be smart for you to do.
