The “employers” did it bc of threats from the govt you dumb ****. Do you think they wanted to make their workforce even more short handed than it was?

So I have had a flurry of covid pos employees lately. My guess the big O but whatever. ALL are fully. Fully three poke vaccinated. You know bc it’s our mandate.

Also. I read the national guard was dispatched to nursing homes through NY bc they needed to get the folks out of hospital BC there is NO staff in nursing homes. Thus the reason most hospitals that are full is bc THEY have no staff AND nursing homes CANT take more folks.

Yeah. It’s not a mandate

No, they are not. The Supreme Court has held for more than half a century that police cannot simply sidestep Miranda by having a private citizen question the suspect on behalf of the police without advising of right to remain silent, or by simply ignoring the suspect's 5th amendment rights. Likewise, the government cannot avoid the 8th amendment by having a private company beat and starve a suspect to coerce a confession.

Likewise, the Feds cannot pretend that they are acting legally by using employers as their agents to threaten and harm private citizens.

Oh, and you do realize that three different courts have already struck down every Biden mandate, don't you? Or did you miss that on Mediate?

I get what you are saying. Flu cases and deaths are way down over pre-covid years. In some states, it's nearly non-existent. Last year in North Carolina, there were 5 flu deaths compared to 186 the year before. Of those 5 deaths, 4 were 65 or older and one was age 25-49 (article didn't specify exact age). Weird how it just kind of disappeared.
