The government last week made vaccinations mandatory for everyone aged over 50, one of very few European countries to take such a step, in an attempt to ease pressure on its hospitals as new cases surge.

"We must never lose sight of the fact that most of the problems we have today are because there are non-vaccinated people," Draghi told a news conference. "For the umpteenth time, I invite all those Italians who are not yet vaccinated to do so, and to get the third shot."

Health Minister Roberto Speranza said 89.4 per cent of all those aged 12 and over had received at least one vaccine dose, yet the unvaccinated accounted for two-thirds of all the COVID patients in intensive care units.

That 920k hospital beds you provided is ALL beds. ICU beds are about 100k.

So that means they can only accommodate 1 in every 3,300 people for all diseases. They can’t easily accommodate an additional 120k patients (and growing) from Covid. The CMO aren’t being dramatic with their concerns.

This was as of Friday. 81.83% of ICU beds in use.. 28.51% in use are due to Covid.

New big data study of 145 countries show COVID vaccines makes things worse (cases and deaths)​

The next time you see you county health officer, President Biden, or Boris Johnson why not ask them if they can find a mistake in this study by Kyle A. Beattie entitled Worldwide Bayesian Causal Impact Analysis of Vaccine Administration on Deaths and Cases Associated with COVID-19: A BigData Analysis of 145 Countries (the PDF version is here).

The study found that the COVID vaccines cause more COVID cases per million (+38% in US) and more deaths per million associated with COVID (+31% in US).

The abstract says:

The statistically significant and overwhelmingly positive causal impact after vaccine deployment on the dependent variables total deaths and total cases per million should be highly worrisome for policy makers. They indicate a marked increase in both COVID-19 related cases and death due directly to a vaccine deployment that was originally sold to the public as the “key to gain back our freedoms.” The effect of vaccines on total cases per million and its low positive association with total vaccinations per hundred signifies a limited impact of vaccines on lowering COVID-19 associated cases.

These results should encourage local policy makers to make policy decisions based on data, not narrative, and based on local conditions, not global or national mandates. These results should also encourage policy makers to begin looking for other avenues out of the pandemic aside from mass vaccination campaigns.

Nearly half of coronavirus hospital patients in New York City have been admitted for conditions other than the virus itself, data released Friday revealed.

According to reports, 43% of the estimated 11,500 positive coronavirus hospitalizations in the state were admitted for reasons other than the Chinese coronavirus itself. That number is even higher in New York City, which reported that more than half – 51% – of hospital patients with coronavirus were “classified as ‘with’ COVID, as opposed to [hospitalized] “For” the virus “, according to the Daily mail:

Early last Spring when the then "vaccine" was available to me, I jumped on it, as did many. Other than being a 5 year cancer survivor, I'm otherwise in pretty good shape for a 70 year old, normal weight, no cardiac, diabetic, blood pressure or lipid issues. While I don't regret getting the shots, the boosters that are being pressed on everyone will never see my arm. This virus will peter out like all viruses do, shot or not. This pandemic has destroyed this country and the world for that matter on so many levels, it's time to live our lives again.
