Interesting that I'm not aware of any network trying to dig up dirt on any of the remaining 11 jurors. It would appear that he lied on some paperwork and has an extensive history of domestic violence to the point there was an active restraining order against him during the trial that would have been disqualifying had he been honest on his paperwork.
While I applaud him for being the one sane voice in that jury room, it appears he’s not a saint. Who knows? Maybe he’s trying to right the wrongs he’s done previously. He has my respect for his work on that jury.
I’m certain they aren’t. Only one guy was brave enough to go against the grain, therefore he must be destroyed.Interesting that I'm not aware of any network trying to dig up dirt on any of the remaining 11 jurors.
That’s the whole point. If they can get you to a point where you trust nothing, they believe they can manipulate you to believe anything.i also wonder if any of that is legit.
i seriously do not trust anything.
I'm shocked that jurors are allowed to go on the talk show circuit flapping their gums after a case, especially when there has been a mistrial. With all the publicity and in-depth discussion of the jury deliberations, how on earth do you get an impartial jury for any re-trial? It was already difficult enough with the vocal misandrist sisterhood proclaiming her husband guilty. I know there are arguments for openness and transparency, but are you really going to get justice and correct decisions, when jurors know their decisions are going to be subject to being torn apart publicly for political purposes (and that's ignoring the fact so many people nowadays predetermine guilt/innocence based on skin colour, gender, gender identity and political leanings of the accused/victim)?Not sure what the answer is here. The insane people doing this are literally destroying our system of jurisprudence by targeting those that they disagree with.
Who would want to serve of a jury knowing that you'll have your life, and those of your family destroyed in you don't step in line with the mob?
These people need to be slapped hard by the law, but we don't do that anymore.
