No. He is a QB. Not a Taysom Hill type of player regardless of his talents.
When I brought the Taysom Hill comparison's, it wasn't a knock on Milroe one bit. It was a way to get him on the field early in his career, to be able to use his talents that don't need any fine tuning, while giving him the chance to sit and learn behind a vet as well. There's no denying that he's an electric athlete, but he's very raw at QB. So you bring him along slowly at QB, but don't let him waste away on the bench holding a clipboard either.

Similar to what they did with Kordell, though maybe not at WR. Unfortunately, we were promised that with Fields when Wilson returned last year, but that appeared hamhanded and forced when they would (rarely) put him in.

Milroe is the least pro-ready QB that the Steelers may have a shot at, but with the most upside. Really wish they had that 2nd round pick still.
