I'm not foreseeing it as a Happy New Year. In fact, I think it's likely to be very grim.

Once Obama/Biden assumes control, I'm foreseeing the Federal government enacting an executive order to wear masks, install curfews, state what businesses are deemed essential and take the heat off Dem state governors who have been toting their water the past 9 months. Such as the one in VA, doing so will cause the unassuming electorate to turn a blind eye to their state overreach. The governors will then appear to be on the side of the people and appear to fight for their rights leading up to their election this Fall. Most will be reelected through any means possible.

Foreseeing additional race riots. Likely in states where the dem governor is up for reelection. The opposition will be made out to be against minorities and women.

Foreseeing another round of "stimulus" just before the elections. Sentiment will be turned against fiscal responsibility. (Is it a coincidence they waited until the GA election to fight it out for this round-nope)

What say you? Are you looking forward to 2021?

I am not optimistic about the future as long as the elites retain their control. Despite what the people want, they get what the elites say they get.

I'm trying to be optimistic. I am thinking more about Spring time and hopefully getting this Covid **** under control so things can resemble normal living again. We'll see.

I feel optimistic

I think it will be midyear before we see any semblance of normalcy.

Assuming my family gets through this week unscathed I'll be grateful to have our health. Just heard about a fit, 51 year old chiropractor who had to go to the hospital yesterday because his O2 level dropped into the 80s on day 8 of having covid. We're still all ok but I won't really be able to relax for another week or so.

It’s just a change of date, nothing more. There is no magical thing that happened last night. I was actually salty seeing the bs shows last night. Wife love to watch so I did. The comments the shows, ....just pissed me off more. Would have loved to have just hanged with friends and rocked out for the sake of being connected to other humans.

2020 sucked for one reason and one alone, China release of a global pathogen. Period. 2021 will continue there pathogen that no none ever mentions it’s source or cause but for one man. My prayer for 2021 is the republic looks deep at who the next savior could be from of communist /solcialist demise.

I disagree. The covid lies sucked. The power grab sucked far, far, far worse. That successful coup by the left is why I think it will suck next year worse than 2020. If sleepy Joe won't screw things up quickly, the adultress in chief will, when Joe is gone.

Wife and I glad we bought 2 acres in Central Arizona, in a place with more horses than cars and more guns than people.

We are now pondering buying 10 acres in Tennessee to build a smaller place, maybe a cabin. 2 BR, 1 bath, good kitchen, maybe 1,200 square feet just to have a place even further from the crazies.
