2023 Injury thread

They made a couple of roster moves. They Cut Bell and Barcoo off tge PS and added a wr… they have one open spot but they worked out 5 DLmen so it’s likely they add there. It will be interesting what they do when they move Heyward to IR… they probably bring up Fehoko but if they sign another DL then they are worried about the line… if they add another olineman they are probably more worried about Daniels

I hope Cam sticks around the team. I’ve always thought he would make an excellent coach after his playing career is over.

Perhaps CMT,Coach Canada and Coach Austin can give him some pointers during his rehab. 👀
I think might be more likely to improve things if Cam gives the coaching staff some pointers

Per SD it looks like they are extending DJ out from a few weeks to probably 4.

Yep. It was obvious that DJ had a significant hamstring injury and those last 4 weeks, sometimes more. Hamstring injuries are a bee-otch.

Fortunately, I have never been fast enough to sustain a hamstring injury.

Anecdotal evidence admittedly, Slash, but (1) I am slow, (2) I have played a lot of sports in my life, and (3) I have never sustained a hamstring injury.

Science.

They resigned CB Barcoo and RB Bell to the PS, released a couple of other CBs, then put Hetward on IR and promoted WR Dez Fitzpatrick
