2023 Opponents

I see 11-6… Titans are in transition, very possible Rogers finds a way out of GB, Colts are considering keeping Saturday at HC 🤣, McVay and Stafford future in LA in question, Raiders unknown at QB. Several opponents are quality, solid teams, while several have many unknowns at major positions. 11-7 maybe 10-6, because there’s usually some surprises in the W column, as well as the L column.

Lot of rumors about McVay stepping down last week.

"I just don't see it as a successful season. I see it as a season that they didn't make the playoffs. I see it as a season where they think their rookie QB played really well but did not. He is near the bottom of the league in nearly every statistic. He threw 7 touchdowns in 13 games in a league where that's just not how it works."

So, what do you think? Biased or more truth than you'd like to admit?
Hello, who are you again?

Madden is a deuchebag. I can't stand to read anything he says. So....there's that.
For damn sure.. Madden can suck on my left fat nut w/ his buulshit.

Lookin at the schedule I see 15-2 or 14-3 bee'n for real. To the haters Tomlin n 2025 #FTW.

I just don't see the tough schedule that some of you are seeing. San Francisco is the only dominant non-division opponent. The Steelers have historically struggled against some of these teams, but a handful of these teams are going to be transitioning to a new QB next season.

Titans-team in transition, I expect them to be on the downfall with a new QB under center.
Jags-you never know what you'll get with this team.
Cardinals-Kyler Murray should be out for most of the season and they aren't going to bring in a quality replacement because of his long-term deal.
Pats-Mediocre team.
Packers-Rodgers may be finished, even with him, they were only an average team this year.
49ers-On paper, this is the only home game that really worries me. Great defense and dominant rushing offense with terrific playmakers.
Division Opponents

Away:
Texans-No worst to first for this team. They are directionless.
Colts-Jeff Saturday is getting serious consideration as HC. They should stink again.
Rams-Will McVay be back? How will Stafford look next year?
Raiders-yet another team in transition as Carr won't be returning.
Seahawks-will Geno have back-to-back great years? Not sure.

Tenn is still solid better QB play and a good WR they could give teams trouble. Should be a close game

Jags are up and coming and we have had some bad games against them. They have the type of back that can give us trouble. They will get Lawrence another weapon or 2. Should be a close game

Cards will probably be pretty bad. Should win

Pats are mediocre but we dont have a good history against them. They are also lacking at WR and Jones is inconsistent. They have to get Jones some more help. Should be a close game

Pack made a nice run to end the year only to lay an egg against the lions. Their WR core is very young, but a couple have some promise. Should be close

49ers are clicking now but will have some tough QB choices. Purdy has looked great, but you have Jimmy G and Lance. If Purdy keeps them rolling not sure how you can go back to either of the others. I do think on paper we match up decently against them so who knows.

texans / colts / raiders / seahawks should be wins

Rams have pieces in place I can not picture them being bad again next year.

We will probably lose at least 2 division games

I wonder if anyone has a spare can of Trollaway spray? This site needs a delousing and I suspect its going to get worse in the offseason

GREAT minds think alike, YOU and I that is………… NOT the butternut bob

Going 14-3, if the draft is as good as last year....
I'm willing to consider an even better year....
possibly breaking up the Miami toast-a-thon. :P resident loon

Keys
1. How hard will Kenny work at it, how much will others participate in his desire?
2. Draft
3. Overall healthiness of team.
4. Mostly playoff virgins...can they handle the pressure? or is it just another game?

Recent history tells me that this team underperforms on trips to the west coast and south Florida for that matter.
Although I did witness Duck beating the Cards a few years back, I can see them dropping 2 out of the 3 Pacific games.
