Officials call penalties based on reputation. If a CB is known to be good, they're going to let him do whatever the hell they want because he's "supposed" to be great.
Talib is considered good around the league and therefore he's allowed to do pretty much whatever he wants, same goes for Sherman and some others.

That's my take on it.

This is straight up truth, I watched Sherman yesterday and the **** he gets away with is unreal, if he did that **** on the street he would be arrested.
