If that is true, then the establishment itself is the problem.

Unknown. The Republicans have not had the power of the Presidency for years. Kasich, Trump or Cruz would be much better for the economy, terrorism, the super court, and taxes. All three of them. If Kasich had no chance, he would not pull 20% of the vote, yet he is.
I'll support whomever the winner is, even if the broker convention picks Curz or Kasich. Kasich, I think would win the general election. Trump could have too high of a negative rating to win. Cruz is sharp in a debate, but I question his national level support.
Hillary Clinton has lost that new car smell long ago. Now she just smells with a black could of controversy hanging over her head. Her luck is a perfect storm is about to descend on Cleveland unless Trump hits the magic number.
