Tomlin, not seeing that this QB is a mere shell of his former ability is living in the past. The guy did not elevate the Jets but instead was more of a distraction there. They were quick to realize this and got him out of there.
I have absolutely zero faith and confidence in the leadership of this franchise.
They are being played by Rodgers who even if he would sign I wouldn’t expect much,

He was making silly throws all last year just like he always has. Dude is a Grade A nut off the field no doubt, but his QB ability is still there.

He instantly makes us a contender. IF the O-line can play better than the Jets O-line. He uses all the field and can still make all the throws, problem is age that's all.

What comes with that age problem is he can't move, which is why he got rid of the ball faster than anyone in the NFL last season, that doesn't go with two vertical targets that need a little time to get downfield/open. No way Rodgers makes us a contender, our highest paid defense in the NFL got destroyed in the playoffs

if the vikings don't want him, with a more ready to win team, why would we? Tomlin of course, but I would have pulled that rug under AR if he had me waiting for another team's answer. F him and his high (on drugs) horse

Our overrated defense seems to always get destroyed when we play well coached teams...Tomlin's insistence on running his ridiculous 2 DL formation is a big reason why we cannot stop the run consistently. He has to be the only coach in NFL history that actually ran that formation on a goal line situation.
 
He could retire! He obviously wanted the Vikings so now he may just decide to retire which wouldn’t hurt my feelings.

Your defense looks different when you can put up points and possess the ball.And he can still move somewhat, about like Ben could in has last 3 or 4 years.
Our d scheme is not innovative, but again put up points= things look different
