2021 first round pick. Some teams don’t mess around unlike the Steelers holding on to Bushy and Kendrick Green. Leatherwood was voted best OL while at Alabama. Could be new coaching changes out there, something. Awfully quick to give up on this kid.

You usually have to pregame it some inorder to hit it properly. Can’t just slam a soft Leatherwood into Bush

Watch some of the brand new YouTube videos released on Leatherwood today showing why he was released. His pass block grades are bottom of the barrel. The Steelers don’t have 3 years to coach up an OT.
What about a year to see if he can be a coached up G? We already know Green isn't that.

The Steelers already have 2-3 guys on the roster to be coached up….again. Why give another roster position to a guy who’s not ready? I would halfway be ok with Leatherwood had the Steelers released Green.
