Are you entertained?

This is the best I've felt about a team since the 2017 team including the team that went 11-0. It's definitely for the taking with this team...health intact of course.

The offense is finally fun to watch again. There aren't any great teams in the NFL this year and the rules have at least half the slate each week within a score. These games are close and the Steelers keep finding ways to win while putting up way more points than last year. The key will be to make the playoffs with a healthy (or relatively) healthy roster.

Just being real. Where I live.....April- about till now. Wouldn't live anywhere else. 300k population with all the amenities. Space. 2 hours from pristine lakes and wilderness. 4 distinct seasons. But about 2 weeks from now to April it is the physical *** end of the world. So if this team looks to have a punchers chance in the playoffs, gets me to Mid-Late January. 3 weeks max to my February holiday. 5 weeks after that till it ends. Maybe sounds stupid where you live, but my reality.
I get that, and I don't live in the great white north. I'm not a fan of winter, though. I actually like the brisk, dry cold, but this damp 39 degree shiit you get so much of in PA sucks. When they make a deep playoff run you just don't notice it as much. When they won in '08 for example, with the good feelings that lasted for a while it hardly dawned on me it was winter until about mid-February.

A cold, gray day when it gets dark early sucks. A cold, gray day heading to the stadium for a division playoff game with a trip to the AFC Championship game on the line is incredible. You'd absolutely correct playoff football can make you forget the misery.

And a bright day at minus 40C is made a little better with something to look forward to on Sunday.

Exactly. January here can be relentless. Last year as good as it gets. No snow and reasonable temps till Christmas. El Nino.

They're doing what I thought they would do with a full commitment to running the ball.

They'll need it when it gets nasty and cold.

Wilson has been a pleasant surprise. To be honest so has Fields, but Wilson gives me the we can win any game vibes.

Very entertaining and extremely promising.

I keep saying this. I will not be critical of Fields. I felt like they played in previous years which was not to have the qb lose it. But with his athleticism as the value added. Safe spots throws. If they got behind chains they were hooped. Now if that is because of what they saw on practice. Kudos to them. However, Russ gets to run the whole thing. Make the throws like you say that if he's hot....you could win any game.

Got yer studs on yet?

Not quite. That's the mountains. All three vehicles got the winter tires on though. Know a backyard mechanic who's a stock car racer.
Our snows will go on in next two weeks. Yippee!

Kansas City are getting calls by the refs. Every week there are videos on youtube pointing out the unbelievable missed calls or blatant all out favoritism.
How many teams get this kind of scrutiny? I'm sure they also don't point out the bad calls against them. I bet if someone sits there and analyzes every game for every team you can find the same crap. Bottom line is the refs are bad.
As for the steelers it all depends on matchups. Buffalo is not a good match up. I would have rather played KC last year. Balt / Cinci should be tough games. We beat SD with a banged up Herbert, but they are not lighting it up. Denver should not be scary, Ind with Flacco should not be scary. Texans could be tough. They crushed us last year but I don't think they are quite a good this year.

Both qb's have played better than i expected. Fields was used properly for his few games. No credit to Tomlin. It was all Arthur Smith. We all know that!

It's more fun to watch than last year with Kenny and mitch.

He us getting the Brady treatment. It's not a conspiracy. Refs want right team to win ultimately. Sub consciously it's now the Chiefs.

And if a person watches a Steelers game and doesn't think the play by play isn't biased......they are high.

Very entertained

A solid D that keeps them having a chance vs any opponents
A young OL that is finding its way even missing several key pieces
A HC not living in his fears and pulling most of the right strings
A competent OC
Great STs play
The FO building solid depth
2 QBs better than anything we’ve had the last couple years
George freakin’ Pickens the human highlight reel
A run game emerging

The future appears bright!

The only thing not entertaining is watching the zebras trying to muck up games

Pretty wide open statement / question, but just know I’m not judging regardless of his answer……………..

I doubt it’s sub-consciously, but I hear what you are saying.

GAMBLING is real and the NFL is married to the mob………………..

Entertaining for sure, Wilson gives me hope that I haven't had since Ben, Najee is playing better than he ever has, Pickens is a legit #1
We also haven't played a single playoff contender, not even a wild card, I don't trust the defense against a top offense. Maybe I'm wrong but I would guess the defense will look bad and get ran through for 40 points once we start playing some good teams. Especially so if we don't win the turnover battle or if TJ has an off game or two. I see Saquan and Henry having a field day
