How can you possibly know that? McCarthy is a proven winner and hopefully Smith won’t have Day act like Tomlin and chain his offense to the ground.

People scoffed at the Chip Kelly hire in 2024 and the Matt Patricia hire in 2025. Ryan Day knows what he's doing. NFL coaches scheming against college kids is an advantage.

No, you don’t know they are crap hiring decisions. Before Tomlin throttled him here, Arthur Smith was considered one of the best OC’s in the league. And McCarthy is a proven winner. Not my preference but there is no denying his success.
Oh, I see ... You don't like me stating my OPINION about these hires. Crazy, I thought that's what we did on this board. State our opinions and discuss them.
So, do I know for a fact that either of these hirings will be turn out to be crap? No, but I right now, today, I am underwhelmed by both and feel that they are crap hires ... in my opinion.
