Cheater in Chief leads his has been team into Pittsburgh… their D will always be ok with Billy the Brain running things… hopefully their offense is totally junk this week

Brady left town and Ernie Adams retired. This is definitely one I want. I hope the hell they produce a real offense this game.
Let us not under talk the impact of Flores on the defense as well. He has been successful against them outside of the team. I would imagine we see a fast aggressive defense in the home opener.

I’m fully expecting a more complete offense this week, I know might be crazy to set myself up for this disappointment.

Just gotta figure we can do better than 3 and out on 35-40% of drives and only 1 first down on another 35-40%…we’ve got an amazing and aggressive D that just needs a little breather every now and then to keep up the intensity and bring us home some wins.

We’ve got an entire fresh never seen playbook on offense available for any plays between the hash marks, let’s break into it a bit Matt…maybe a few plays past 10 yards as well in the passing game to stretch the D a bit and help the run game.

One last point if Tomlin believes weapons can replace OL (one of His theories) you must spread the field at times and utilize those weapons. Having the weapons holstered just exposes the weak OL you’ve built…makes zero sense

Let’s get a streak going!!!
And eff the Cheaters!!!

Dude, did you see the defensive formations we were using against the Bengals? … it was as creative as we have been since DLB left… Burrow used basic reads and got thoroughly embarrassed. Hoping for more this week

This week it's Canada's offense vs Belichick defense.

It's Austin/ Flores defense vs Belichick offense.

I think Flores knows how to rattle Belichick.
Belichick knows how to Rattle Canada.

This will be a strategic battle. It's hard to pick the winner.

Belicheat isn’t what he used to be since Br*dy moved on and Ernie Adams retired. We have a good chance to win.

Exactly. Shows you good coaching can impact an offense or a defense. So someone tie up Canada in their basement pronto.

The Pats are severely lacking in offense talent especially at WR it is certainly not like in previous years. I think our D should be able to handle them just need to concentrate on shutting down the TEs. Whether our offense can score is another story. I think they will look much better than last week. I feel they jumped out to the lead last week and tried to coast the rest of the way. It is hard to flip a switch once the Bengals started coming back

Remember before when that was the case and some WR5 guy named Hogan torched us?

I think this is the direct result of Terrell Austin and Brian Flores who I happen to think is a great defensive coach. If Tomlin will listen to these two guys especially Coach Flores. Very good defensive mind.

Bellicheat must be watching the steelers offensive plays from last sunday and falling off the chair laughing
So he probably won't be stealing those plays because.... they are simply offensive.

I know this isn't the Patriots of the past but I'm fired up for this game. This is still one of the games you see on the schedule and want the Steelers to come out with a big win.

So the schedule goes
Pats
At Browns
Jets
At Bills
Buccs
At Dolphins
At Eagles

We probably will be underdogs in all of those except the Jets and maybe the Eagles…and the Jets is going to be a classic trap game… so every early win matters a ton to keep them from panic rushing Watt back… id love to be 4-0 going into that Bills game, but we almost have to be 3-1

Unless the the Eagles **** the bed the next few weeks and the Steelers massively overachieve we'll be underdogs. Philly seem to be the darlings while Pittsburgh is getting zero respect.

I put them down as a maybe because if we are doing well by then, I think we might get it.

The rest, the Browns are probably going to be 2-0 and we will be playing there so they will give them A few points to swing it in their favor…
There is no way barring massive qb injuries that we will be favored vs the bills or bucs

That dolphins game is going to be a huge distraction game and a media shitshow because of Flores…
